I just moved to the area and in my building we have only 2 small machines so sometimes i use this laundromat since it is accross the street. I have had numerous bad experience in the few times Ive gone here. The first time, the dryer in my basement broke and the laundromat closed the door in my face and said i could not dry there. The second time, i had my clothes in the dryer and i i left for a minute to buy a soda accross the street and they moved my clothes to a cart. I was gone 5 minutes tops. Finally, this just happened today...i went in asking if i could get 5$ in quarters ( i had a feeling the answer would be no) and the lady said no its only for customers. I said i use it all the time, just not today. This lady snapped her body at me and said wellll when you come here next time with laundry then you cant get change but not this time. I was shocked by the attitude and she just kept repeating herself. I said it was uncalled for and she ignored me. I will never go there again.

Small, but clean and friendly. Excellent customer service.
