I sent a return to go back to fashion nova back in early January. Fashion nova still never received my package. I’ve been checking the status and tracking since then here it is almost July and it still say in transit this is beyond ridiculous. Triple negative stars for this company. Not good at all. How I don’t here from anyone it’s been months.

How do I reach you .... I ordered two body suits for my daughter for work from Victoria secret ...June 26 2021 it states on the site with tracking number it is inducted into Pitney Bowes net work Newgistics on June 29 2021 .... And nothing its almost a month can I get a number to call or get my package please HELP please

I would actually give them negative stars if I could. I placed an order from Bath and Body Works on July 5th and it has been sitting in Newgistics since July 7th. My order just made its way to the Post Office and is out for delivery today, August 28, 7 weeks later. Their phone is never answered, and I couldnt get anywhere even calling their parent company Pitney Bowes. No one seems to care, so I would say that their customer service is completely non existent, not just poor.

My Bath and Body Works order placed July 14th was sent to Newgistics for delivery on July 17th...with a projected delivery date of July 23. It is now AUGUST 21st and my package tracking status states it is in transit but there is not one single tracking update to indicate it has even left the NJ facility. Bath and Body said I had to contact Newgistics but the Newgistics customer service link says to I have to contact Bath and Body...What kind of nonsense is that? Good luck reaching a human being for a status update.

The negative reviews stand correct, this company blatantly steals your package. My parcel has been sitting here for almost a month. The shipper doesnt care, USPS doesnt care and Newgistics doesnt care. Its astonishing this place is still allowed to do business.

Ordered from bath and body works. Tracking says it left facility over a week ago. And then hasnt updated at all. Cant get any info to contact them about the problem. This is ridiculous. It shouldve gotten here by now.

If I could leave negative stars, trust me, I would. Ive never experienced such poor, or shall I say, non-existent, customer service. Also, zero tracking updates, inaccurate delivery estimate, and no possible way to get a hold of anyone in the entire company. It has been almost 20 days since my order has been placed and shipped. Very frustrated. Hopefully all of these reviews are noticed.

Place needs to close down, horrible service. Honestly I should’ve been given the option to go pick up my package in a bike as it would have been faster.

I ordered a package on December 2, 2019 the last scan was on dec 6 then silence. Today is the 12 and there has been no movement since. To say I am upset is an understatement. They are holding on to my package with no regards for the time frame I need the package for. This company is just inconsiderate.

No details about my package other then in transit, but in transit with no update or delivery date. also called usps and they have no information about my package. They never answer or they dont have any costumer service work whats so ever.

DO NOT trust this carrier, they loose your package !Sent back my return with Smart Label 3 weeks ago, but no record left with it.Only thing you receive are from USPS saying that they do not have a control over the Newgistics, Newgistics dont bother to response at all and the retailer who sent the label keep saying the same like a parrot package was not scanned.What would you do if you dropped off the package into a mail box as instructed, and its gone. It will be totally your lost like my merchandise near $100.00 worth is gone.Do not trust this carrier and dont drop it off into a mail box.Make sure to get the acceptance receipt from the front desk of the post office.

Today is now 12/6/19 and my packages still haven’t reached my USPS. They departed Elizabeth, NJ since 12/1/19 and the tracking hasn’t been updated since. At this point it’s frustrating, I don’t know if it’s Newgistics or USPS that’s being neglectful. It’s not even peak holiday season yet.Update: it was USPS fault

Not a bad place to deliver to. Was in and out in less than 90 min. I was probably lucky have heard some horror stories.

These people take your package and never drop it off to usps as they are supposed to, they never pick up the phone and never respond .. absolutely unprofessional and useless

***Update:9/10/18: After 15 days I FINALLY received my package.Ordered pkg on 8/26. Last update from online tracking :8/28: in transit to fords- delivery 8/29-/8/31...I called- gentleman says it was shipped with other packages and hasnt been checked into post office. I call post office - lady says its showing that a sticker was created but it hasnt been shipped from shipper yet!!!!! Its now September 8th (two weeks later) and I still dont have my package. The gentleman said it may be delayed from Labor Day. I can understand a day or two but not two weeks!! I have another call in to the shipper- someone needs to find my package and deliver it .

Terrible. I ordered from a retailer and they used this service to send my package. It’s now a full week since it’s been scanned at this facility and has not been delivered to USPS nor has it even been updated in their system. It isn’t even the peak of holiday season yet! Very frustrated.

This place is really bad. There is not correct address and there is no sign on the building. Too hard to find it.

They take FOREVER to deliver packages. Everytime I order from Victorias Secret it takes them a month to get the package to my local post office

Horrible delivery company! I wouldn’t recommend any retail company partner with them! I order my wife’ new year gift online, it has been two weeks, they still didn’t deliver the package to USPS for local delivery! And they don’t even update the status!

Packages (two) were picked up from the retailer by Newgistics on 10/7/17, they never delivered the package to USPS. It is now 10/16/17 and they have not delivered the packages to USPS.

They lost my return to ATT, and now I have to pay 500$, because I didnt sent phone ??? WTF?
