Im all for supporting small business but this here was the WORST of the WORST. The crew is very unprofessional, I booked my appointment for them to come in at 11 but they didnt show up till 2 in the afternoon. No phone call to inform me their running late, absolutely no courtesy. The owner was very rude, when i asked what took so long. Her response: we had other clients we had to finish up with, are you going to let us clean or not because we can leave. That is no way to speak to a paying customer, and That is none of my business because you knew about your other clients when you scheduled me in for 11am. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Very rude, and not even a good job cleaning

Terrible Business they have. Mediocre work, its almost as if a child does it. No effort whatsoever. Very lazy staff!
