I dealt with Gustavo the shop part owner as he told me. I was charged taxes but Im tax exempt due to having MC #. I provided the proper form to him about an hour after leaving the shop and he said that next time when I service my truck there he would credit me the tax amount that I was initially charged since he cant refund me right away, so I came back to them about a week later for some other repairs and of course he tells me that he never told me this and that I didnt understand him the first time and if I dont like it then I dont have to come here anymore. Cant trust a business that will NOT honor what they promised. Sadly over $75 he lost thousands of dollars from my company. So Ill service my trucks at Little Catrell LLC. 17 Thornton St, Newark, NJ 07105 much better customer service and they actually honor their promises.

I took my truck to be repaired today. I agree with the other reviewers on here that they steal your money and over charge you. They charged me $1,296.87. That’s more than I have payed at other mechanics for repairs. I advise that everyone stay away from this business.

This workshop is a scammers charge twice the cost of parts damage to have more work and if you repair the truck and have problems say it is another problem to charge more thieves 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼They charge you double for parts. They brake stuff to make more money. If you fix your truck there and that same thing brakes they say its something else to charge you again. They are thieves !!!!!!! And fake mechanics !!!!!
