The reason I chose this Pest Control company was due to the great reviews. I am highly disappointed in the lack of attention this business owner displayed. He was attentive to schedule my appointment, yes. He provides me with a time for next day service, 1:30 pm. I waited till about 2:00 pm to ask via text message (he promptly responded via text when scheduling me the day prior), “Hello are you on your way?” NO RESPONSE. Never got a call, a text, nothing, letting me know he was running late/could not make it. He was a TOTAL no show. Could not believe such poor customer service after such great reviews I read. Again, highly disappointed.

I was fortunate enough to meet the owner while he was servicing my previous apartment building a couple of years ago.
