I strongly recommend Party Bowl for any event needs. I called them back in February to help me with my wedding which was happening in October. But with all of the restrictions and changes, Alice and her team were still able to do a fantastic job with my wedding. I cannot thank them enough! All our guests had such a wonderful time. My wedding was on 11-30-2019 and I rented chair covers, bows, and colored overlays for my wedding ceremony and reception from Party Bowl. They were recommended by my ceremony venue, Keystone Heritage Park. I had two locations that required set up and they were able to accommodate everything I needed done for my big day. The staff was so friendly and they offered their expertise and suggestions for other areas, since they had previously been event planners. Alice and Guillermina were a pleasure to work with. I felt like I knew them and had them on speed dial from all the phone calls I made to make payments and changes (additions) to the order. I am so thankful to have found them. Party Bowl made my day stress-free and beautiful!

I would definitely hire party bowl for my next event. Their tents, tables n chairs are clean. Employees are hard workin n professionals n they have good customer service.

So everything seemed fine about this place. We rented 32 chairs, 4 round tables, 1 rectangular table, a 20 x 20 tent & a porta cooler. They delivered it a day early, on a Friday and didn’t pick it up until Tuesday. I wasn’t at my home while they picked up the stuff, which it was just in my back yard so I told them to go ahead and pick up the stuff. That was at 11am. At 5:45 pm, they call me to tell me that there was a chair missing. That there was only 31 chairs, that they counted them several times. The lady kept insisting that I check, which I did and either way no chairs ever got moved from the back yard. I suggest that maybe they only delivered 31 chairs and she says that I signed the paper and that the supervisor himself counted that 32 chairs were delivered. In the end she ended up charging me for the chair. This is completely unacceptable. We paid $500+ to rent these items for our event and they seem to imply that I would want to keep one crappy chair. Like I would be so desperate for a chair and I wouldn’t just go buy it myself. To top it off they trashed my backyard. I don’t know if this is how they try to get any penny they can from people or if they don’t know how to count or if someone from their “crew” took a chair but isn’t convenient how I wasn’t home when they picked things up and now there’s something missing?

To top it off...their service is GREAT!!!

No matter what kind of events or meetings we are hosting, party Bowl has made all of them come together most successfully.

I had a bad experience with them just on the phone....i could not get prices for my event....one of the reps gave me his card with his cell number so i called and told me to call the office....so i call the office and they tell me the office is not available for business.....that made me not want to get what i need with them.
