When I first started coming to snap. It was wonderful. Now it’s completely different. It’s not the cleanest it’s been 2 months that I come and the building is at 97 degrees. Why !!!!!!! I can’t definitely need to cancel this membership.

This gym has everything you need but honestly a lot of the machines need maintenance. Specially the treadmills. You can’t run on them cause they’ll stop once you’re about to start running. In the 8 months that I’ve been coming to this gym I’ve seen someone work the main desk probably twice. The front door opens up with the card provided but sometimes on the weekends either the system is down because the front doors won’t open. I regret doing the one year contract with this gym, now I’m stuck coming for the next few months but oh well. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this gym, look for something better.

Management needs to keep up with the maintenance of the facility and keep machines running properly that’s been one of my biggest complaints about the ownership of the gym. Otherwise good overall.

Great gym buuuutttt the treadmills man need to be better. I almost busted my a$$ on each one cuz the belt keeps getting stuck when I try to run. I don’t even try them anymore. And they need heavier dumbbells over 100

Great place to work out. Never too packed weights are always available. Staff keeps please clean and organized

AC is never on. Ceiling fans are off. Only one treadmill is on out of six. No paper towels. I go every day from 6-7 am.

Started my membership around March right before the pandemic. I didnt go the first month, then everything closed. I called to try and cancel my membership but it can only be cancelled in person. Seriously? I dont want to go to the gym to avoid corona, so youre making me go to the gym to cancel it? Way to be contactless. Whatever I moved on. Then I went today and they said I need to give 30 days notice to cancel my no-contract membership. I never signed anything stating I need to give you 30 days notice. Sleazy company just trying to take your money.I wanted to go back to the gym eventually since the place looks nice and the equipment looks good but Im definitely not going back now. Good job.

Really good gym, badass equipment, decent staff, bit pricey but its worth it.

Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. This gym management is horrible. I been trying to get a hold of them through email, calling, in person and social media.

Have gone in several times to ask for a membership. And a tour and nobody is around, I have left several messages and again no return phone calla

Always clean and great moderate temperature. Most everyone seems courteous and seems to put their weights away except a rogue athlete leaving a wreck of free weights in his path. Treadmills need servicing as a few of the regulars know what ones automatically shut off without warning. Limited lower body machines. Great value overall.

I’ve been a member of this gym for four years and I like the owner, as well as the people that work here. I’ve been particularly impressed with David. He is always greeting me by name and does a great job picking up weights and keeping a safe workout environment.

Excellent facility always clean and not really crowded evenduring peak hours. I love the fact that everyday it is open 24hrs.

Paid $54 dollars after using my membership ONCE due to covid, and even after canceling and signing off the cancelation fee they are still charging me for the membership I had canceled. Very unprofessional for them not to do their job and canceling payments.and on top of that never answer their phones

Seemed like a good deal at first. Not too expensive, decent equipment, and relatively clean. But equipment was always slow to be repaired. I had a two person membership for my wife and I but every time she went the equipment she wanted to use was broken. i.e. the room with the tv to do yoga or the spin classes was always messed up. Secondly the treadmills seemed to be broken every other week. More than once i got on a treadmill to jog and the motor never got up to speed or even worse the belt was slipping and the machine shorted out. However, the most annoying thing there was that they had personal trainers there who were training groups of four people and using the majority of the equipment for circuit style workouts. That would be fine and dandy but the gym is not big enough or have enough equipment for one group to hog everything. Finally, when I attempted to cancel you need to do it in person..... but there is hardly ever anyone there at reasonable or consistent hours. When I was finally able to be there at the same time as an employee I was told i need to give 30 days in advance notice if I did not want to be charged for the next month but there was no employee there when I had attempted to do just that! Overall was NOT worth putting up with the gym for a year contract. Your money is better spent elsewhere in my opinion.

Not super crowded. The equipment is good and gets fixed in a timely manner when it breaks. Staff is friendly too.

The worst experience you can never get a hold of anyone to get a membership!! I called all week and no one will answer the phone or door so I took my business else where!!!

If I could give you 0 stars I would! Every time I tried to go ENROLL no ones is ever there! And I’m talking about 2pm m-f!! You want people to “beg” for your gym?!! I don’t think so. If it’s this hard trying to get in, imagine how hard it will be to cancel. My coworker is going through that right now. 👎🏽

The customer service at this location is the worst! You can hardly ever get a hold of someone during their staffed hours. They dont bother to call you back either. When you do get a hold of someone the are usually very rude. The restrooms and showers are always really dirty and have hardly any water pressure. Im glad that my year contract is finally up, I will never go back to this gym or refer anyone to use this gym.

This is a very clean gym, that is not too crowded. The staff is always nice and friendly. I love that it is 24 and I can work out at anytime. I have never had a problem getting in during the late hours.

Great gym, good location, and good staff. No issues. Recommend it over the big gyms any day! If you cant pay 1-10 dollars for activation or to try it out, your not committed.

Whats up with allowing members to workout shirtless? Nasty people putting their sweat all over the machines. Come on management.

I would like to comment on the negative review we recently received falsely accusing us of illegally billing insured members.We at Snap Fitness have startup, access card and pro-rated monthly charges that are payable upon enrollment. Our agreements with insurance providers vary, but the only fee we ever charge to any of these insured members upon enrollment is a one time $ 20 global access card fee. This covers the members 24/7 secure smart card, lanyard and Snap Fitness T-Shirt. We never charge startup or prorated dues to these insured individuals. We do not even take billing info, (debit/ credit or checking) that would allow this to occur. We never collect, or bill a cent in annual/maintenance fees, charged by most other facilities in town. The integrity of our billing is our top priority. It is unfortunate that these libelous comments are not yet removable, but we would like to assure all current and future members that this review is deceitful and misrepresents what we strive for every day.We do charge a $10.00/ 24 hour day pass that can be applied to the cost of enrollment within a 72 hour period.We welcome everyone into our facilities to see what makes Snap Fitness the fastest growing fitness franchise in the country.Thank you!

I travel for work, 24/7 gyms suit my needs but lack in areas, understably of course. Snap fitness el paso east from a freindly and knoweldgeable staff to clean and well maintained machines its worth the trip!

Really love this gym, it’s always clean and not too busy.

Have been coming here for 2 years. In this time i have noticed several people walk in in groups especially at night. So i often wonder how they keep track of people who dont belong here. Seems unfair that i pay for my membership and others just walk in with a friend for free maybe. Ive seen people open doors for groups of more than 2 peope at a time. I had 2 memberships and cancelled one and for some reason was still being charged 2 months after the fact even when i didnt have access to the gym for a month they were figuring it out. The missinformed customer service rep gave me false information thay escalated the situation more than it should have been. Restrooms are okay showers need more water pressure. Equipment is okay fairly in good condition. But during the new years resolution time of the year the 2 locations seem like hardly enough. They definitely need a new location. Like i said its okay. If i hadnt had the payment issues and the fact i question wether some people even belong here my review wouldve been better.
