This used to be a great facility. Now they do not allow parents in to see what their child is learning or if they are learning at all. The owner is using the pandemic as an excuse to avoid interaction/evaluation of services provided. The result us poor customer service and lots of excuses. The kids are also forced to wear masks (despite the dangers of restricted oxygen supply & rebreathing carbon dioxide) even though multiple new studies have shown masks to be ineffective in preventing COVID. I guess this is just easier than dealing with customers. If youre interested in building memories of watching them develop in a sport at this precious time in their lives, look elsewhere.UPDATE 9/20/2021: I spoke to the owner about these issues and he proposed a reasonable solution: opening the upstairs space for parent viewing. I waited 3 weeks to give him time to do this, as expecting an immediate change wasnt realistic. 3 weeks later - no change. Olympian is still behaving as if were in a deadly pandemic, not a mild one with a greater- than 99% survivability rate (and even higher for children).

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFORMATION!!! Do not trust this organization with any automatic payments. If you set up automatic payments do so directly from your bank. I have been trying to get them to stop taking payments for a service they have not provided since February 2020. They have never returned any of my requests to be called back.

I had both my daughters enrolled for a little over 2years, and had no issues with billing. As I decided to change days for classes I was informed by a new receptionist that I was being billed incorrectly and needed to pay for the second hour. At the time I enrolled my girls they had a promotion going on, and apparently there was no documentation for it and no one caught it for over 2yrs.Beginning Gymnastics for them was ok being that they where just starting with no experience. Moving up to beginners tumbling was horrible. They spend half an hour warming up and stretching leaving them with half an hour of practicing skills. That is to include like 4 water breaks they get in between. Then the kids spend time setting out the mats and equipment for what they’ll be working on that hour, instead of making the coaches have that ready for them to just go out and get the most of their time. Beginners tumbling coaches don’t make much effort in helping the children improve and perfect skills. From my experience I saw my daughter do some things wrong for a while and never was corrected for it until I addressed them about it. Don’t recommend at all I saw several parents leave way before we did for same reasons.Glad to say we have now joined a new gym!

The coaches are very active in the class. They demonstrate every correction they give and when we condition they are right next to us doing the workouts also. Also during this pandemic so many steps have been taking to ensure our safety

Excellent place for gymnastics, staff is friendly. my daughter has been a member for over 2 years and she loves it. competition is fun and gymnasts are well prepared. definitely recommend it.

Coaches are wonderful! They actually model for the kids. I like how they inform us about their strengths and areas that need work. My daughter has progressed greatly here vs. other gyms we have tried.

My daughter has been going here for almost a year!! She is 6 years old now, and was unsure about it at first, but the friendly Coaches really helped her feel right at home!! She has learned so much in such a short time. Recently, my family was going through a rough time and the owner really helped us out. He offered classes for my daughter, as well as my 3 other children, to keep them busy for a few weeks, all free!! I appreciate how helpful they were!! Definitely a family friendly gym!!

We love the classes there, it is a really good strength program.

The facility overall was descent. We did a trial class and the instructor had absolutely not one positive thing to say about my children after the class ended. Yes they were a bit hyper and had difficulty focusing but it was their FIRST time there & the feedback should never feel like a scolding! I also felt they started them with very advanced things when they didn’t know if they had a gymnastics background or not. I’d pay twice the price and go back to Gymnastics Elite. This place might be well suited for older children and those looking to improve tumbling skills. Choice of music was also distasteful for young ears but appropriate for high school.

I asked for help with ending automatic pay after being a good customer for several years and received very poor service with this. I dont advise trusting them with your automatic pay unless its through your end with your bank. I called requesting a form be mailed to me and they said I had to email them requesting the form. I said thats why I called and they finally agreed to email me a form I never received.

If I could give them 0 stars I would give them 0 stars. Took my 6 year old daughter and her 2 friends to a trial class and the coach payed 0 attention to them being that this was their first time doing gymnastics. Spoke to the girls in the front about it and they kept on making excuses for the coach. She ignored them for so long and my daughter fell of the bars so ugly. The coach didnt even notice until I walked in there to get her out. I totally understand that things happen in the sport and its ok; but when you have 3 new 6 year olds trying the sport for the first time shouldnt you be paying more attention to them? Never coming back to this place.

They were very accommodating and friendly. Had my 4yr old daughter in gymnastics and the coaches were very patient with her. Took her out due to scheduling, but will be working worth them again in the future.

Horrible office staff, management and ownership. They constantly lie and no one ever gives the same information. We paid almost $400 for the month and they continually screw us over. Since the first month we have had nothing but trouble with them. They constantly kept changing the times that our kids were scheduled and finally one month would give us $5 off for the “inconvenience”. Then, at all the practices they always have the kids sitting down for tumbling if they are level 0 or 1. Then after getting fed up with them raising the price and not informing us. It got raised by almost $200 then we decided to cancel and make this our last month but they said since we got a discount we lose out on some classes for the month even though they owe us a make up day for their facility being closed. I never received a discount at all. If you ask for the owner then they give you his manager girlfriend. I left their facility crying today because of how horrible we have been treated. I just want my money back. I feel like we are being retaliated against because we decided to cancel. Ever since then they have treated myself and my children different. Please do not send your children here.

This place is terrible. Their billing practices are subpar and you will be ripped off. All I can say is watch your back statements and also don’t expect a refund even if it’s for services non rendered. Warning!!!👎

Disappointed with the fact that I had to do automatic withdraw or my fee would go up to 79.00 dollars. After almost 2 years and never missed a payment.if classes start at 59, then why am i being charged 79 dollars. Also i called the other places and they allow monthly payments. i would have much rather you call me than to post an answer. i called you before i posted this i would appreciate a phone call to discuss this. I wont even give it a star but its needed to write a review! Arrived to our one day free trial and was not given a tour or explanation of how the facility works. They took my four year old daughter thru some doors and was told parents can watch from upstairs. Where is upstairs??? Had to find our own way. After 30 mins into a session my daughter was placed on a piece of equipment she was not familiar with. Was shown how to do the exercise and was left unattended. Needless to say, my daughter was left hanging from her arms and couldnt get down on her own. Was literally crying for help. After our first experience, we will not go back and will not recommend.
