They have the most streamlined employment process Ive ever experienced in my 10 years of working with temp agencies. They basically held my hand to the doorstep of my first job which I start tomorrow! Brendan was super supportive.

Damien is awesome!! I have not spoken to Emilio a whole lot but when I do, he is extremely nice as well! I love this staffing agency. They always answer me if I have questions, they always make sure a job they are telling me about is something I would like, and they are super easy to work with. I highly recommend this agency!

Don’t come to this place if your not from El Paso or Mexican American in general. They will help you find a job if you can speak Spanish. I you can’t speak Spanish than you’ll be at the end of a list. Not racist I love Mexican but this place is horrible.

Honestly they are not worth your time, a guy named Damien Rhodriquez gave me and some other men the same jobs but offered me two dollars less then both of them and told me that’s the most he could do. He thought I didn’t hear him when he was talking to those other men and gave them their wages. From that very moment I knew these were the exact type of people I didn’t want to work for. Just by this experience I knew where there values were as a company and did not want to get involved. The tall guy at the front desk helping everyone apply was the only one who very polite and gave off a good first impression.

Do not recommend!! They are understaffed, they dont fight for you as they should considering their JOB is to help you find work. They promise you an interview to go in and see them then they say we will call you when we find something. Do not waste your time going in and having them promise you false hopes.

They called me in for An interview and said I was considered for a job opening. It’s was Just recruiting. Then I filled out all the paperwork & discussed what I would like to do. She told me they would give me a call it’s been A WHOLEEEEEEE YEAR NOBODY EVERRRRRR CALLED ME BACK .They wrote back telling me to call back on here& told me to call in to help improve their services& I was told to update my resume on their website which I did then called back . They said they would have a recruiter call back within the week & now it’s been 2 months later still never received any call

This agency is not the best as I am comparing it to other agencies that Ive worked and/or visited such as Allegiance Staffing (westside), ResourceMFG (eastside), Volt, RMPersonnel. Reason I give 2 stars is due to the fact that they lack on communication from time to time, they seem to be busy for the most part and arent quite attentive, yet it is two people working there last time I visited so I understand. They did get me an interview for a job position however, it wasnt what I was hoping for as I made it clear as to what kind of job I was looking for. They did put in my resume for a job at Monahans, TX because my resume matched what the company over there was looking yet, weeks passed and they never came back with a response ( a simple yes or no suffices.) In my overall opinion, this place sucks and I suggest to go through a different agency such as Allegiance Staffing, or Volt.
