My son attends Sylvan of El Paso Westside. Ms. Ian and her staff have been instrumental in my sons academic progress and I am forever grateful to them. Our sons confidence has improved since starting in June. I highly recommend this location and staff ♥️

Sylvan is one of the best things that happened for my son. After falling behind in his reading in 1st grade we enrolled him for tutoring. Hes not only caught up but surpassed many of his skill level goals. Cant thank Miss Ian and her staff enough for all theyve done!!

I do not recommend doing the SAT tutoring at Sylvan. The sessions are just going through their version of the SAT book but they just skim through the book. I didnt really learn anything new and when I took the test at my school my score went down. Theres no extra practice that they give so you can understand it more; they just go through the problems while you do some examples in the book. Since then I have found a tutor who has taught me so much more and I did not learn any of the stuff I know now that is important to the SAT at Sylvan. If your trying to get a perfect score on the SAT do not go to Sylvans program for SATs.

Since his enrollment my son has had a dramatic improvement in his grades across the board, as well his motivation and attitude towards school and learning in general. HE ACTUALLY WANTS TO GO! Ian and Manny are great! They make the process of enrollment so smooth and are wonderful with all the students. MONEY WELL SPENT is an understatement.. if you have a kid who just needs a little extra help, or is falling WAY behind this is the ticket. It felt amazing to see my son finally ‘get it’ with reading. The tutors are so sweet and they give the students the time and attention they deserve. If I could give 10 stars I would. Sylvan changed my sons whole outlook and has opened so many doors that the public school system just couldn’t.. AMAZING and TALENTED staff. Warm. Encouraging. And Soo WORTH It!

Sylvan has helped our family beyond words! The staff is amazing: supportive, knowledgeable, and caring. Ian and Manny are personable and have lots of experience. When it comes to scheduling the tutoring the front office is very flexible when working with our family’s changing needs. We are a military family and appreciate how helpful Sylvan has been for us. Once we started our child here, we immediately saw improvements in grades, understanding, and confidence. He was struggling with reading and making C’s and he quickly improved to an A in reading and I find him reading books on his own time! I highly recommend Sylvan at this location!! Thank you for all that you do for us!

This institute comes highly recommended. Sylvan has truly been a blessing for us. The staff has been very attentive to our daughters needs. Ian has been right by our side working every step of the way, making sure that our childs academic needs are met. She works with my childs teacher and speech therapist to make sure her shortcomings are met.....theyve made it all about team effort....and we love it. My daughter loves the centers instructors and she really gets a kick out of Manny....it truly is a warm, loving environment!!!! Thanks guys 😊

We had such an amazing experience with Sylvan Learning Center on the west side. We brought our daughter in for math tutoring and at the time she was struggling and had a failing grade in math. Within weeks we were seeing improvement and by the end of the semester she brought her grade all the way up from a 45 to an 85!!!! She has maintained that grade since. Not only have we seen an improvement in her grades but also her confidence as well. She no longer dreads going to school. Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have found Sylvan. It’s very evident that the teachers and administrators there are passionate about what they do and truly care about the children and their families. Thank you so much!!!

Very professional and well organized. The staff here truly goes above and beyond our expectations. Our child has improved tremendously is more confident when he’s in school from having the extra support from sylvan. They have helped him get caught up with his classmates. He now has a positive attitude towards school. He looks forward to coming to tutoring! Sylvan is well worth the money!

My daughter needed assistance in Math specifically and in confidence in general when it came to school and study skills. Sylvan has helped her with both and we hope to continue with Sylvan and see her to continue to make progress.

This place doesn’t even deserve one ⭐️. I’ve been trying to contact the owner for several months. I’ve spoken to their “support desk” and haven’t gotten anywhere. A waste... I still haven’t heard anything back from your support team or the local owner. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever experienced and at my cost of over $2000 That could have been a down payment on a car for my son. Instead I thought it was going to his education but it was a waste of time money and gas being that I live almost 30 minutes away from this Sylvan location.

I like the personalized approach offered to every student. My child is not just a number but a person who has strengths and weaknesses.

The staff at Sylvan Learning has exceeded all my expectations in helping my son academically.
