I have a warranty through Home Depot, and this was the company that came out to fix my washer. The technician was very nice, and he was able to figure out what was wrong with my washer very quickly. He replaced the part, and it’s been working great ever since!
The dude came in with no tools ready, kept asking for ours. Asked him simple questions and he would reply with a tone of voice that was not necessary what so ever. Horrible attitude. Took one look at our refrigerator and claimed to know what was wrong with it. When we asked him why it took so long to get an appointment he responded with “it’s just my boss and I give us a break” He made a racial comment towards us saying that if we wanted to talk to his boss we should learn to speak proper English first. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude. 0/5 stars to be honest.
We have a Warranty with Home Depot and this is the company they have contracted to do their repairs. Have a dishwasher that was down they came to look at and took about 4 weeks to get the part. Had to call them almost everyday to put pressure since they were taking their time. Once the part arrived they put the part and it worked for about a month. Broke down again and the same part was the issue AGAIN! Now this time they told it was going to take 3 weeks to get the part so we waited the entire time. We called and were told they never ordered the part because Kitchen-Aid was not selling the part. There is absolutely no communication or customer service from them all. You have to call and be on top of them to get something done. STAY AWAY!!
I would not even give them one star because Thwt would constitute some level of service. There’s absolutely no level of service as there is no my even a working phone number Or any other form of trying to reach this company Nor it’s employees. I have scheduled service for my coffee maker a total of three times And each time The technician failed to show. They should really Strive to improve customer service or be done with it and be out of business.
This has been by far my worse experience with any business ever. As soon as you call you get a sense of the type of customer service that will be provide. I had no choice because it was through a warranty plan I had purchased. To start off, they said they would be here between 9-12p, they did not show up till almost 4pm (missed an entire day of work). Next they said they would order the parts and it would take 10 working days. Nearly two months later, no parts, no return phone call (after being promised they would) and the same answer. One part will be here tomorrow and the other on back order and will arrive next Wed. Well...... four Wednesdays later, still no part, same answer, no return phone call. NOTHING.
I have had the worst experience with Ameritech. They will take an eternity to fix your appliances, if they fix them at all. There is no sense of urgency with the owner, much less with his staff. Save yourself time and money by going to a different company.
Horrible customer service! They come to my house and act like they do something, and nothing. Said they will order part and never did. Over a month now and my refrigerator has mold and fungus.Do not recommend this company to anyone!!
My husband has scheduled 3 times with Ameritech to have our dishwasher fixed. It is still broken and they have never showed up. Don’t know how they are still in business. They are the worse.
They have poor compliance, bad attitude, negligence, and they give you an explanation as to why appliances are not ready that does not make any sense. They delay everything, and poor customer service. Would not recommend ever!
Waited 5 weeks for repairs, they kept giving me the round around, This company was sent to me through Lowes Service Advantage. I will also contact Lowes in regards to this company. I finally told Lowes that I would pay for service myself and not to send this company to my house.Horrible Service, Horrible attitude.....
