I came across Credit Boosters on my search for credit repair to upgrade on a bigger home. I was hesitant about it working but I was very impressed on the great reviews so my husband and I decided to take the risk. Ms. Bonnie was so responsive and she contacted us right away. We had a phone interview back in April she was so specific about our numbers and advised credit repair for my husband only. Despite me not paying the fee for credit repair shes still looking over both of our credits and giving us recommendations. We had our first credit review last week and our credit has improve significantly it was unbelievable. I was so happy about the improvement in such a short time. Our credit score started off in low 500s and we are now in mid 600s. Keep in mind you must follow her instructions if you want to see the change. I will definitely recommend her services. Im confident she will lead us to our future home soon

Started with credit boosters about a few months ago paid $500 up front before they would start working on my file. There was going to be 3 rounds of letters sent to credit beareus. 1st round went through had 3 items removed one came back and decreased score more then when it was removed. I have a difficult time reaching Bonnie for our second appointment. She finally got back to to apologized for not answering my calls thought I was her pest control company. Set up time for second phone interview she was a no call no show. Not sure I would I recommend this company at all. Going to try and get partial refund of money spent so I font feel totally ripped off.

She was so helpful and the information she showed me was so easy to understand. I was so happy with all the information that I was told and what to do to start helping myself. I would highly let anyone know about coming here for their credit repair.

Company has a very rude agent working for them. Becomes aggressive and loud when asked about services they have rendered. Do not use this company. They work on your credit and after a year if nothing is done. You have to pay again. They do not tell you that in the beginning. Had agent hang up on me.

Ey referred me to a Studen Loan scammer!Very disappointed 😔I went with Oscar about one year ago hoping he would help me with my credit, but my credit remained the same if not worst!I went back a couple of months ago to see if they were still trying to help me, and turns out they were no longer doing anything for me, and one ever contacted me to let me know.The second time I went, a woman named Bonnie asked me to call a Student Loan servicing company, and she requested I did it right there and then.I did and I worked out an “ideal plan” with them. I made my first three large payments to that company.Well... turns out that the Student Loan Service company she referred me to are SCAMMERS! They are being sued by the bureau of consumer protection and all that money I payed was for nothing! 😔

I wouldnt recommend anyone use this service. They were totally aggresive when it came time to make a payment (which I did promptly) but I didnt get that same attentiveness back for my money. I was given a plan at the beginning but was not followed and after countless emails asking for progress, answers, clarification, and other inquiries I was passed to another rep (Bonnie) who lived in Las Cruces and was as helpful as she could be from far away? I wasnt even attended for my final dispute and not given a exit counseling as promised and Oscar who was supposed to meet with me at various times, I didnt see at all after payment was made. Go figure. The only real advice I was given was to open a secured credit card, and to pay my bills on time, haha. I told them I wanted to build my credit to purchase a home in the future, and Im not closer than I was before and out $400+. I kept all records of unresponsive emails and inattentiveness and plan to use whatever resource I can to ensure that other customers do not get conned. Do yourselves a favor, and seek other businesses or just do your own research.
