I normally do not post negative reviews seeing as I understand how damaging they can be for local companies, however, in this particular case, it is more than warranted.I run a local business and unfortunately our modem disconnected from the power supply and it wrecked havoc. None of our network systems were working and we needed help. We contacted Tech Bit Solutions and they had plenty of great reviews and they seemed friendly and professional. Maybe they are wonderful 99% of the time, but in my personal experience, it was a complete disaster.All they managed to do was to inspect our setup and unsuccessfully attempt to gain access to the router. After being incapable of doing so, they blamed the issue on our internet provider and set us up with a tech from them. Something I could have and should have done so myself.The technician comes in the next day, another lost day for business, and comes to the conclusion that the gateway and the modem are perfectly fine. The issue lies with the router. He suggested we replace it or use a network switchWe got footed with a 500 dollar bill from Tech Bit Solutions, a second appointment to fix the issue (another 300 or so dollars) and absolutely no resolution.Instead of you know, either replacing the router or letting us know we need a new one, a simple fix, they blamed the issues on others and left us with a huge expense.I used the internet technicians advice, went to BestBuy, bought a $40 business grade network switch to bypass the faulty router and wouldnt you know, we are now fully operational.It took 40 dollars to solve the issue. They did not lead us into the right direction. A third company did.If you are a business or have a complicated setup, save your time and your money. Find other resources. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. If I could rate them lower, trust me, I would.

My server crashed.....hard. Rudys team brought us back from the edge. They maintain 3 servers and 19 other machines under contract. They know what they are doing, they respond in a timely manner, and I have never been disatisfied with their service
