Great service on replacing the DC Jack on my Dell Laptop. John called me at noon on Saturday and told me the part was in. I took him my laptop and he had it ready by 4 pm same day. He went ahead and cleaned the fan and other internal parts to prevent future heating problems. Plus he gave me the best price in town. A+ service.

I have been a customer of Comptec for eight years and these last few times that I needed service I was very disappointed. First incident.....I took my computer in for repairs and Comptec kept my pc for a whole week till finally I got tired of waiting and I called them the technician said I called you three days ago and left a message..... there is no way I would have missed his call since I had been waiting for my computer a whole week . Second incident fast forward a year later I call the tech at Comptec and asked him if I could take in my computer for repairs he said Im not at the shop right now Ill call you back in awhile and let you know when you can drop it off ....its been three days now and I never heard from him so I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. Comptec has developed very bad people and customer service skills Im very disappointed and I wont be going back. They say that all customers should be priority.........In my experience with Comptec it wasnt the case!!! I dont like to be jerked around when I request a service I want to be taken seriously and honesty is very important!!!
