Great service

Absolutely disappointed in the type of company that would handle their business in this manner. Friday I called due to an overflow emergency that left inches of water on the floor. At 2 pm I was told they have a guruntee or less than 90 minutes to be at the property. Well 2 1/2 hours later the tenants had already left the property and the guy finally shows up. I told them they were over 1 hour late and I would try and reschedule. I called first thing Monday morning at 8:30 am to set up a time for 3 pm. The appointment was confirmed well ahead of schedule and at 2:30 I received a call that they would have to cancel and reschedule for the next day due to a water “emergency” as if this was not an important appointment. Not only did they not show up on time Friday but they completely flakes out on Monday. I still have yet to speak with the owner or “manager” himself and was told all of this by the staff. I still have yet to receive a call back for any type of rescheduling which I immediately tried contacting another company. Overall completely disappointed in how they handle anything

Walking in to work on Friday morning the last thing one would expect to see is water all over our clinics floor. One of the pipes leaked water over night and we had clients coming in that morning. We called several places to get someone to come out to disinfect and steam the carpets, but were shocked that none could come out the same day. We called Jimmys emergency water renewal and they arrived within 30 min gave us a quote and started the job right after we agreed on the price. After waiting forover an hour and call to verify if they will come Tanya didnt find information on my husbands name or address and she didnt even recall speaking with my husband. Unfortunate.

Office staff need to communicate better

I returned to my office one day and I found a busted pipe near my 3 floor building bathroom had flooded all floors below. It must have happened during the weekend and to my surprise, all of our carpet and walls were soaked. I called all 3 and fortunately, Jimmy Garza and his company were not only the first to respond, but also were so punctual and professional that my worry and strife on the entire situation were put at ease. I was not only worried about the soaked office building, but about possible mold forming inside the walls, paying for the issue and more importantly being able to continue with my office and being able to stay open, running, and profitable through this ordeal. Jimmy not only solved my issue, but acted more as a consultant than just a person trying to get a job.
