Don’t make reservations here, when I did & was on my way to pick up my rental, a woman called me & was severely passive aggressive about rushing to get there while I was already 20 min early heading out. I called again today to double check on some basic information, & the same woman picked up behaving as if answering my questions about charges was severely inconvienient for her.Her attitude the first time caused me to cancel my reservation, but the second time was what turned me off from the company all together. Needless to say I just went to another car rental company, I totally get someone having a bad day, however I am not in the position to teach a grown adult how to behave like a decent human being.

We love this place and we are taking about employees, always willing to help and find the best rates for us, Josh is awesome!

The vehicle is great however, when putting the back row seats down to stow away there were soda and white stains on the hard plastic molding on the side that we had to clean. Also, the cup holders in the mid row had white stains.

Perfect service. We had a reservation with another rental place so we stopped here to see prices and they cut us a great deal almost half the price of our other rental. Great location if you are staying in the hotel :)

Horrible Customer service. The clerk was rude as soon as we walked in. He only found reasons not to help and had a mean tone. We wanted to pick up the reservation early and he stated “but your reservation is not until 5pm so I’m gonna charge your extra for coming early.” I said that was fine; “ but you got to have full coverage insurance” I said that’s fine and he just kept coming back with excuses not to help so we left.

Whoever picked up refused to give me rates, very lazy and unprofessional

Helpful yet no warm reception

I like this location because you can walk to the rental car area. FastBreak is not a thing here, so you have to go to the desk to get a car. I got a Corolla (less that my co-workers got at Hertz), but it wasnt bad. I really think that Budget should go to the National or Hertz model and I plan to delete their information in my profile so hopefully my business travel agent will not book me with them again. You may see from my other posts that I have issues with Budget.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would.BUYER BEWARE. If you book through Costco to receive a discount on your booking, they will do everything in their power to deny that booking and CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE FOR A REGULAR BOOKING without offering any other discounts (AAA, etc.). Our booking ended up being TWICE what it was slated to be through Costco.Dont think about calling customer service, this is a franchise and they are not supported by the headquarters. Carla, the manager with customer service here will deny the company did anything wrong. State that the reasons for them not honoring the Costco discount is in the terms and conditions, refuse to direct you to the terms and conditions and even once presented with the evidence that it is neither in Costco or Budgets terms and conditions (because you have both), will still not issue a refund of the upcharge.This place is a complete crock, spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

Got me in and out real quick. Needed a car while mine is in the shop. Got a Toyota Yaris, if I were traveling I would get a big car.

Better than renting from the airport. Customer service is pretty good and the fleet of cars are really nice.

Car was perfect but customer service is s***.will not be renting with Budget in the future because Rosario and the way she treated us (CUSTOMERS) she was extremely rude and talked down to my husband and I. we noticed she was disrespectful to the other customers before us. Budget seems to not take these things seriously so dont waste your time with this rental company. you are better off going somewhere else.

Beware of this place, its a criminal gang extorting money. Rented for a week, paid $371 weekly rate +250 deposit. 2 days prior to due day called and asked would like to extended rental for another week. Was told I will have to pay $30 per day extra on top of the weekly rate. I disagreed to extra charge. They charge my card without authorization another $250 and now I got a text message from someone telling me the car was reported stolen by rental company. Driving it to nearest PD today to report them and hand over their car to the police.

I booked a reservation for an employee to rent a car in el paso. We wanted to add 1 day to the reservation extra, and when I tried to call their location no one would answer (at 2 pm on a Thursday so they were open). I then tried to call the 800 number for Budget, but they could not extend the reservation for me. For our first time using Budget as a business it was a flop. We will not be using them again.

This is an amazing place you should not look anywhere else Ms Rosario please excuse my misspelling of her name . She is outstanding n guided me through the whole process hope BUDGETknows they have a FIRST CLASS PERSON IN HER. highly recommend this place

This year so far 2 times travel to Dallas in a very comfortable and good priced Camry, almost new vehicles, excellent miles per gal on and most of all a very good service from Budget.

Very disappointed with Jorge and his Supervisor Neal. Didnt even attempted to accommodate us with issues, but rather referred referred to policy. Left disappointed and went to Avis.

Horrible Customer Service. The attendant was in a bad mood and obviously not wanting to be there. The office smells and it was dirty!
