Took my car in on a Sunday in July for a hand wash and hand wax...WOW...I could not believe the difference it made. My 4 year old small sporty car looked like new. Interior and exterior. Got there at noon, was out by 1:30 as there were about five cars ahead of me. They had a very nice refrigerated air waiting room...BRRRrrrr. Cost: $65.00

New to this car wash / detail shop. I called to ask to speak to the owner or manager in charge for a potential job I needed. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude and would not provide that information….He actually hung up the telephone on me. This is definitely a place to avoid.

Is the place to go n get ur car clean n detail! Professional staff, very satisfied, the owner is in charge a smile welcome you! Great service! Car looks pretty good and all the stains disappeared. Cat hair is gone and Juan even cleaned and polished my rugs. The price for a mid size car was a little high for me but I guess thats the price you have to pay for good service :$150

This car wash is within 2 miles of my home which makes it convenient. For my first visit I opted for the exterior only hand car wash which included doing the tires. Victor was my tech and in under 30 minutes my car was gleaming! I am pleased with the service I received and I plan to use Montana Car Wash again! Thank you, Victor, for your expertise and courtesy!

Took my truck to get cleaned before going to the VPC (if you are in the army, you know) and they did a superb job. Cost was $160 but they washed/waxed my exterior, as well as my engine. They also cleaned my interior and washed my carpets and seats and removed several stains I had accumulated. Left with my vehicle looking as though I had just bought it was very well worth it and if you are Military going overseas and you need that white glove inspection ready vehicle for the Dallas VPC stop here the day before you head out! They give you floor mats as well should last you a day on the road while you travel there. 11/10 service.

Everything started out great, I explained to the manager (who spoke English very well and was professional) what I wanted done. I wanted a full detail but I didnt need the carpet shampoo, the engine bay cleaned, and the leather conditioner. He told me $135 and I agreed. I left and came back and the guy was waxing my truck. He never even washed my tonneau cover and the sunroof was filthy. He said he was done and there were dried wax film spots everywhere. The inside windows never got cleaned. The center console wasnt wiped out, basically he vacuumed the carpet and thats it. I addressed this with he guy cleaning my truck and he told me Id have to talk to the manager. After 15 minutes of him talking to other workers he informed me he couldnt get ahold of the manager and didnt know when he would be back around. I had an appointment so I had to leave and couldnt wait anymore. Needless to say I wont be back! Its probably fine if you want a quick wash but I would avoid it if you want a detail!

Drive for the lady to say we just got work I showed my call history I just called to ask. The guy said come before 11 yes we have opening. Then I said I was gonna wait on my car. The lady said you can’t wait. What kinda place is this. One never seen a car wash take more than 2 hrs tops to shampoo a vehicle! Talking about my car won’t be ready till 3. Since when do businesses not let you wait while they work on your car. Called to speak to management lord help them she’s apparently the manager. But from reviews they like playing these games with people.

We had our SUV detailed there.. detail was ok but when we wanted to put the kids car seats back in.. we saw they broke on both sides that recline part for reaching the back row. I contacted them and sended pictures from before dropping of the car and after. I was told they look in to it and instead of finding a solution I got blocked. dont use this company and save yourself the trouble

My truck was an absolute disaster, there was sand all over the inside. When I got it back after a complete detail, it looked better than the day I bought it! They did a fantastic job & I will be back!

While I have been bringing my car here since I moved here they have yet to disappoint with cleaning. However, today I have been here since about 1:15 it is now 4:34 as I write this. It seems lately when I do bring my car I am waiting over 2 hrs. (That was last times wait). Today it’s been over 4 hrs. And the lady said the wait was an hr.

Not what I expected for the $85 that I paid. The outside was good but the inside was left with a lot of dust, they asked if I wanted armor all and I said yes it it wasnt done.

Worst car wash I have ever experienced, my suv was dirtier from from the inside after the “cleaned” it. Looked like they just passed a dirty wet rag over the entire front console and even stained the front pillars. The inside of the doors still had dust, didn’t even bother to wipe them down. There was dust ond other debris in the carpet. The inside of the doors had what looked like water marks from the armor all, again didn’t even wiped them out! The mats where supposed to be washed but the still looked dirty with armor all over them! During the “inspection” I told them about everything that I was seeing and all they said was “we did vacuumed it”. I won’t recommend anyone ever coming to this place.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail, great value for the price. I brought my car here for a full detailing service, and they were able to fit me in the next day. The car was spotless and smelled great after the cleaning, and they were able to remove all dirt and pet hair that had accumulated over the years. They even gave me a ride to work that morning. I will certainly go here again in the future!

Friendly owner Jeff has a crew of workers who are careful and efficient, Johnies-on-the-spot. Our car had Colorado road salt and grime all over it. They tackled it and cleaned inside, too. Reasonable pricing, and way better cleaning than the drive through places. Will come here again next time were in town.

If you are going anywhere else you are just wasting your money. This place has the best price and the best service. Not a huge corporation but locally owned with the owner on site; and you can tell by the quality of work. Only place I will ever bring any of my vehicles.

They took forever to get my car in and there wasnt even a lot of custumers. They really didnt know what they were doing. 16 dollars for a basic wash was not worth my experience.

I’ve been to this car quite a few times prior to them installing the drive thru/machine car wash and it was a pleasant experience (good interior cleaning with detail and exterior looked good too). The wait, unless you go right when the open, will take a while. However, I recently went and the prices had increased, but the detail and service had decreased. In fact, detail didn’t even exist. I received a worse job than going through a machine wash and the interior was not vacuumed very well. That was my last time going and from now on I will do it myself which would be less expensive and I’ll be able to do a way better job.

One of the workers up front gave me a price for a basic wash. They later told me it was going to be 5$ more after it was all done. Even tho he verified the first worker gave me a different price. I would respect the price if it was a real car wash. But they literally only threw water on it & dried it off in a rush with no soap..

Just received the $45 wash/wax/bug removal for my 14 Mercedes GL450 from the owners brother George. Super impressed. He was fast and extremely meticulous. I am very picky about my cars and glad I stopped here. Looks better than the day I bought it.

First time going to that car wash, horrible experience with an old lady, I dont know if she is the owner and if she is she should change her attitude. I dont want to imagine, is she treats her customers that way, I wouldnt be surprised she treats her employees worst.Also told me that a standard car costs 22, when clearly it said 16 on her prices.She wouldnt even stand up to ask the customers what they needed.Oh and she wasnt wearing her mask either.

I brought my mini van here that really need a good scrub inside an out. It had been a while since it has been professionally detailed. Hector did an amazing job! Our van looked cleaner than when we bought it used at the dealership. Martha was so nice and helpful explaining everything to my husband and I. They definitely have our business in the future.

This place is great. I was in town and my work truck is too large to go through wash tunnels. They took their time and did a great job on in the inside. Please see these guys and give them a tip!

I dont know when Mr hot shine started charging $60 for a basic interior detail but at that price they lost me. Ill be coming to Montana car wash from now on!!!

Outstanding detail work, delivered with impeccable customer service, and at very reasonable pricing. My car was stolen and recovered the next day, but not until being used for a marijuana laced joy ride. The smell and other trash was overwhelming. The team at Montana eliminated all traces and had the interior looking better than it had in years.

Car detail is excellent. Charged us for two cars for $300. $200 for full detail and $100 for my husbands car. But when I come back for Super wash and speed wax for 2 weeks, oh Lord cant believe my car is still dirty. Anyway, that is my last time that I went to Montana Car wash. I only received a car wash and vacuum. The gentleman is currently working on my car and he is doing an excellent work! Im looking at the other members and each individual takes their time on detailing each piece of a vehicle as if they are taking care of their own! I highly recommend if you have the time. Ive been here for over an hour and I really dont mind. Theres a wait room by the office, chairs outside, and gas stations nearby if you want to go to the store. The location may be small but it is worth it! Again.. Highly recommend when you have the time off or in no rush.

Price is good however its a long wait. Better not be in a hurry. Had to wait 15 min to get in and now 45 min in and still waiting for them to finish.

Have been taking our familys vehicles for a LONG time to this place & have always had a great experience. Unfortunately, today my feelings for this place & its customer service changed. I was the second customer of the day with my husbands Altima requesting a complete detail. After inspecting the vehicle, I was given a price of $130. I understand the price varies, especially if the vehicle is extremely dirty. Which is why they do inspection prior to giving price. I was asked what form of payment & told them credit card. I left & everything was as usual.They told me $130 in the morning. When I called 3hrs later (approximate time they gave me to be finished), I was told it would be another hr & again asked what form of payment. I replied same as I said in the morning, CC. The young man then said theyre machine wasnt working anymore. I told him I had already made arrangements in the morning with the other man. He said oh yes, the machine is working again. Later, I then get a phone call that the vehicle is ready, but that the machine is down from original guy. I told him that I had no cash & I know (from reviews) they pull this with gringos & soldiers. That they were not going to have their way with me. He said ok CC is fine. I get there & they want to charge me $140. I let them have a piece of my mind & you best believe they charged me the original $130. Car looked ok. Definitely not complete detail quality.Overall, Im disappointed with my latest experience & will never return. Wish the owner & lady Ive dealt with before wouldve been there.

Staff is lazy. Jack up prices if military. Use language barrier to scam. When asked to correct minor deficiencies they ask for more money or claim its not in your package. Wouldnt armor all interior and outside of car for a $50 and $70 car wash. That was rushed by the way.

Let me start off by saying how dirty my car was especially my seats they had all sorts of food stains, mostly from taco truck. I tried multiple times to get the stains out at those hand wash car washes and it would never work. In the back seat I had a stain of Epsom salt, how it got there idk. Anyways these guys did an amazing job in detailing the interior! I kid you not my car looks like new, the wait is a bit long but for the quality work they did its definitely worth it. Every stain I pointed out when I arrived was completely gone. I definitely recommend this place if you want a job well done.

Initial call to gather pricing and information was answered by someone who only spoke Spanish. I had to hold for an English-speaker. This English-speaker did not have enough mastery of our language to understand or answer any questions. Needless to say, I gave up.

This review is about 1.5 years overdue. Please excuse the long review, but Id like to express my appreciation for Montana Detail and Car Wash...I found 2 stray dogs running in the middle of a busy road and spent 45 minutes getting them in my car. Once inside, one of them promptly vomited a dead bird on my seat, and what followed was the most disgusting smell Ive ever had the misfortune to experience. Being new to El Paso and not knowing that Animal Services was a high-kill shelter, I brought the doggies to Animal Services, where I was told they would likely be euthanized. I wasnt able to take them in myself b/c I have 4 protective dogs of my own, so I was devastated. I eventually drove to the nearest car detailing place I could find, which happened to be Montana Detail and Car Wash. I emerged from my car sobbing and filthy from chasing after the doggies, and my car reeked to high heaven (the attendant jumped at least 5 ft back when he got a whiff and clearly didnt want to go near my car lol). The manager or owner (not sure who but he was clearly the boss) then came to the rescue. He assured me that my car would be cleaned well and escorted me to the waiting area. I cant even describe how gentle and kind he was to me in the hours that followed, and he even offered me his homemade lunch since I hadnt eaten. Very few times in my life have I experienced kindness like he showed me that afternoon. After a few hours, I got my car back, shining, beautiful, and smelling way better than even before the dead bird vomit. The manager/owner even gave me a discount despite the fact that my car was repulsive (maybe they have a hysterical woman discount lol). Sir, you probably dont remember me, but if youre reading this review, thank you so so so much for the kindness you showed me that day. I still think of that day often because your kindness and generosity made such an impact on me. Im so sorry this review is delayed, but I wanted to make my gratitude known.FYI, I was able to find loving families for those 2 emaciated stray doggies and bailed them out of doggy jail. Happy ending!

It takes a little more time than your average automated car wash but its worth it. The workers here are very friendly and really take care of your car they not only clean the outside but can vacuum and clean your inside as well for a low price too.

I had an appointment for a full detail on a Saturday morning and when I arrived, the place was closed. I tried calling and there was no answer. I fully understand needing to be closed unexpectedly for whatever reason; however, it is unacceptable not to call someone with an appointment and let them know. I will use another car detail service in the future.

Limited English here along with the confusion of what I wanted done...simple wash/shampoo but they were quick, decently priced, and did an alright job.

Best car wash to take youre car in El Paso. They handwash youre car and shampoo youre seats and floor mats for $17 cars and $21 SUV. Limited english but they would find a way to know what yourre looking for.
