Rudy and his helper were highly efficient. Kept demo mess to a minimum. Answered questions in straight forward manner. Cleaned all soiled ares at end of day. Were cheerful and courteous. They seemed highly motivated and enjoyed working for theyre company. I recommend them highly.

Our Re-Bath shower installation was well done in all respects. Rick, our Re-Bath salesman, came to our house to present and explain the available options. Maria, the project coordinator, made sure that all of the details of our bathtub to shower conversion were on track. Finally, the installers Rudy and Jacob did a fine and professional job of taking out all of our old fixtures and installing the new shower. They worked very hard and efficiently, with Rudy’s fine craftsmanship in cutting and installing the new stone being most exceptional.

Rick came out to our house and showed us samples of the choices we had for a replacement shower. Excellent service. Ray was our installer and we were awed by his work ethic, great personality, and absolute knowledge of the job. He had everything he needed at all times. Came on time and cleaned the work area before he left for the day. We had a major plumbing problem while he was here that at times interfered with his work. He was calm and carried on, and even worked through his lunch time on the last day and stayed late to finish his excellent work. Three days as promised! We think he is Re-Baths greatest asset.

The technician Rudy C. was the consummate professional in all aspects of his job. He easily described all the steps he performed throughout the process. He would take the time to answer any of the questions that we might have had.

We had a full bath remodel done 10+ years ago with Re-Bath and we are so happy with the results still today. Mr.Espalin and Jacob did an excellent job, on time, respectful, and plenty of knowledge. They kept areas very clean. Understanding communication between all parties involved, including the city inspector.

We had the ReBath consultant come to our home which is in a remote area three hours from EP. Initially concerned about price, we decided to have them demo an aged tiled shower box (4x6) and replace everything with acrylic panels and a new floor/pan. The amount of work Rudy and Jacob had to do to accomplish this was amazing…they even used a jackhammer to get a new drain in the foundation. The guys started at 2:00 on a Tuesday and were done by 3:00 on Thursday…they stayed in a motel in our little town. They were cheerful, tireless, and extremely kind and caring. There were no problems…they had everything they needed in their trailer.The house was cleaner when they left! All the demoed tile, lUmber, etc disappeared! Steve and Maria were wonderful to work with as well.The huge new shower needed a glass door that could not be ordered until the completed stall was measured; Rudy and Jacob returned yesterday to complete the job.We are so pleased and highly recommend ReBath! If we had used a local contractor, we would have been at the mercy of various subs (demo, electric, water, etc) and the ReBath staff is able to do everything…..

The bathroom Rebath remodeled for us looks like a bathroom in a room in a five-star hotel. They demolished, remodeled floor-to-ceiling in a day less than the amount they had originally told us. Id recommend Rebath to anyone and everyone.

We contacted Re-Bath El Paso to re-do the master bathroom in our mobile home.Our appointment was on time, in our own home. Rick, our designer, brought all samples, measured our bathroom and explained the procedures their installers would do and the length of time the project would take, which was 5 days.The old shower would be replaced with a larger one, new floor, sink, counters and cabinets.Maria who co ordinated and scheduled the installation is excellent. She called and/or texted us constantly to keep us in the loop.When the day came, Rudy and Jacob showed up on time with a work trailer with all supplies. They covered all furniture in master bedroom with plastic sheeting and began the demolition....which was completed in one day!Every step along the way was confirmed by us to insure they were doing what we wanted. The guys worked great together and our whole bathroom was completed in 4 days..one day earlier than the 5 day estimate. And after each workday they cleaned up after themselves.We enjoyed working with all members of our team. We knew what was going on at each step...the entire remodel was conducted efficiently, promptly, safely and politely. Rudy and Jacob really really worked and did a great job. Re-Bath (though Home Depot) were hired to convert our master bath/shower to shower only. They scheduled us for a three day installment and finished it in two! It looks beautiful! A definite face lift for our bathroom.The people we worked with and the beauty of the outcome are truly 5 stars. But the reason I put 4 stars is because for a shower alone, all bottom/basic options, no upgrades, the lowest we could get for a full-sized shower, no complications, after discounts was a little shy of $9000. Its beautiful and the people were great, but I really hope a shower alone is actually worth that much.....

We had our shower remodeled about 6 years ago by Re-Bath El Paso. I called their office and spoke to Maria. I needed a shower valve cartridge replaced. She ordered one for me as well as a new hand held shower head plus we had our shower resealed. Aaron did a fantastic job with the work. He was on time and he was very professional. They are extremely manipulative.If you are gullible or have trouble standing your ground, please stay away from them. Keep your grandparents away from them.They have an excellent sales pitch, but if you do research on any of their claims you will find that their testimonials are extremely curated. There is next to no press about them despite the obscene amount of franchises they have, and connections with major hotel and home improvement chains. Their lifetime warranty is weaved with fine-print and neither the service nor the materials they provide are worth the price they ask for it.The negative reviews all echo the same sentiment regardless of which franchise you research. Please dont fall for it like we did.

They where so awesome. Ive had my bathroom for 12 years. They came in and put in a new shower head and resealed my shower. Maria was amazing and gave the best customer service.

Re-Bath remodeled our bathroom. They gutted it to the studs. They found multiple issues we would have otherwise not seen - electrical and old plumbing that needed to be addressed promptly (house was built in the 1950s). Electrical work done by previous contractors left many things undone and exposed. If we hadnt addressed the concern, it most likely could have cost us our home. They took the time to make everything right. They brought in certified Electricians acc b everything was per code. Superior work, superior contractors, superior quality. They took the time to explain and made sure we were completely satisfied. The investment in our own future, to make sure everything is accessible for ourselves and for our loved ones, and superior workmanship that will definetly last was worth it. Done right the first time with no worries. That is why I highly recommend Re-Bath.

The job was done right. The team was clean and showed and explained every step of the process. Not only are you connected with your project manager but your install team via group me through the entire process with pictures. From entering the door to covering your personal property during install they take pictures the entire journey.

We are very happy with how our bathroom turned out. It looks very elegant and perfect for the guest bathroom. Most people think that Re-bath just puts a shell of a shower or rub. Not true. They gutted out everything. The bathtub and all the tile and sheet rock. They re did the plumbing and then put in the sheet rock and then the new shower that we wanted with glass doors. A little pricey but I’m glad we did it. Transformed our dirty and tired looking bath to an an elegant one. Service and responsive was excellent.

I loved the fact that as I was telling Mr. Resendez what I wanted he was envisioning it. At the end the sketch he had for my tiny 3/4 bathroom was what exactly what I wanted. I did not feel any pressure or rushed as I have in the past as of how I wanted my bathroom to look, materials to be used or price. I also have a custom made vanity that I wanted to keep. It was used as a centerpiece when choosing the colors and fixtures from floor to ceiling. After the install the vanity was put back in place without a scratch. Every evening I also received a picture of the job as it was progressing from Alfredo one of the installers. Maria, the project coordinator, whenever I had a question or needed anything she responded right away via GroupMe. She is awesome to talk to, she made me feel like family.The materias samples showed to me prior to choosing them are second to none the variety is amazing. The choosing was the hardest part. In addition I was explained the advantage and disadvantages of each one allowing me to make a better choice.Their staff is super efficient and professional. The cleanliness, I don’t think anyone in this type of business in El Paso is as clean as they are. They covered all the floors as soon as they came in as well as my bedroom furniture to minimize the dust or damaging anything. I was very impressed with that detail.They are a bit pricey, it was one of the first things Mr. Resendez said prior to sitting for the planning and estimate, but worth every penny. I also liked the fact that I didn’t have to wait and see if they called back with an estimate. It was given right then and there. I do have another bathroom that when the time comes to get it fixed I’ll definitely give them a call before I even start looking at estimates.In conclusion it has been a great experience to have this company do a job that I had been putting off due to the bad experience with other contractors in the past.Thank you Re-bath and staff for creating my piece of relaxing heaven after a stressful day’s work.

This is not about their work! I did not hire them. Just want to share my experience with their sales practices.When 2 guys showed up at my home I felt immediately they want to force me into a contract. Theres no reason to show up with 2 people for a simple quote for a small guest bathroom.The first 20 minutes we spent on small talk, then they proceeded into the bathroom an measured moisture behind the shower wall. The device showed excessive moisture, which is bogus since the bathroom is rarely used. At this point I was asked to call some people on a list he gave me, to ask about their experience with them.I would receive a $100 discount for every person I call. WHAT? I dont do that!!! This makes me wonder if they give a discount for a good review!!!Next I had to watch a 1 hour long powerpoint presentation about the company, how good they are, what materials they use, how long they are in business, etc, etc, etc.I got real nervous, just want to see some samples and get a quote.Finally he showed me samples of the countertops, wood finishings and the shower panels. I wanted tiles for the shower. They dont do that. Ok, I said, maybe the panels are cheaper, its just a guest bathroom.I wanted (and needed) a 42 freestanding vanity. They did not have that either! The counter top samples were not Granite! Only one faucet in bronze to choose from!I finally picked something from their samples just to get to the end and then he had a Quote for me.When I gained consciousness I simply said no.I have my bathroom remodeled now with Mesa Home Improvement and I really like it!I believe this company specializes in these overpriced shower panels. They are not bad, so if you like it, go for it!

I waited 3 weeks for the initial appointment for the estimate. It has been three weeks since the consultation and Mario never followed up after the first visit. Waste of time. Also, the women that schedule you for the appointment are unfriendly. They need to work on their attitude. Very unprofessional.
