I scheduled an appt for a quote on a commercial project estimated about $50k. The appt was scheduled for 11 am and 10 minutes before appt a young lady called and asked if I could reschedule to 1:30, I understand things happen so I said yes. It is a 20 minute drive for me each way to the commercial property so I was a little upset. I drove back for the second appt at 1:30 and I tried 2 times to call the office since no one showed up with no luck and the answering machine just has a woman saying hello so dont even know if it is a business phone or not but that is the number I was getting the calls from them. Finally after waiting 20 minutes I left, I got a call from the young lady at 1:56 stating that their estimator was at the location. I explained that I had waited and left already and was not coming back I would not do business with a company that is that bad with their appointments and time management. This pretty much tells me how their work will be and I cant imagine having them do our build out.

Praise for AIM ConstructionTwo years ago we bought a house here in El Paso. The house has a great floor plan and great views, but it had seen a lot of wear and tear since it was constructed in 1979. It needed a lot of work.We had a bid from another construction company, but nothing about it felt quite right. It was clear the company hadn’t been in business very long. The bid was iffy. We weren’t confident that the work would be done well, in time, and at cost.We contacted AIM Construction. Alex came out to discuss the work. He gave us a solid bid within a couple of days. This felt right, and we chose AIM, a decision we’ve never regretted. After new roofs, new windows, new doors, completely resurfaced walls and ceilings, and a remodeled master bathroom and bedroom, the house feels brand new. It’s clean and fresh, as if no one had lived here before. Alex managed the experienced subcontractors with skill, they all worked together, and everything turned out even better than originally planned.Pleased with the results, we decided to replace an existing storage shed with a new woodworking shop. Alex recommended an architect, we drew up the plans, and the shop became a reality. Again, everyone was easy to work with, the project was done well, in time, and at cost. Finally, we confidently asked AIM to landscape the large back yard. Several spur-of-the-moment inspirations were handled easily, plans were adjusted, and we now have the back yard we’ve always wanted – comfortable for relaxing, grand for entertaining, great for looking up at the mountains and down into the valley. The house has become our dream home.We truly appreciate our good fortune in connecting with AIM.

I just recently moved to El Paso and purchased my first home. I was in need of some contractors to redo my kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and the roof which was in pretty bad shape. After meeting with several contractors, I finally decided to go with Aim Construction. Their proposal was close to my budget and I really trusted their expertise and how long they have been in business . After 3 months, I am so happy with my decision to go with them. My kitchen, master bathroom, and my second small bathroom look amazing. The flooring just looks great all throughout my home. The roof especially looks great and no more leaks. I would recommend Aim Construction for any remodeling job. What a GREAT TEAM!!!!

Aim Construction replaced all 10 windows in my 50 yr old home plus they installed a new refrigeration unit. My home feels so much cooler now . I am very pleased with their workmanship and their ability to work through so many obstacles when they were replacing the windows. I really appreciate all they did for us. Thank You.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was as a vendor. I personally like the owner very much. However, they still have an outstanding invoice of $925. Furthermore, in our referral business my experience was that they pass blame onto their clients and are not accountable for missed appointments or failure to call back clients in a reasonable time frame.
