Great service and great haircut. First place I have been to that takes time to do it right

I like the place. Once you get established with one stylist it is even better. Lizeth is outstanding.

Not coming back. My appointment was at 9:30 and I got there about 5 minutes before. Rene, the barber I booked with wasnt even there yet but I decided to wait, I always like to give the benefit of the doubt. Cant even justify why I sat there for 20 minutes but I did. Guy never showed up. I know the rest of the staff isnt responsible for his no-show but the whole time not one person addressed me to apologize or even ask if Id like to reschedule with some one else. Cant have people on there who arent responsible, like I said, I booked two whole days in advance.

Such a awesome place to get a haircut, the staff is super friendly and great at what they do. Caught a little off guard that it seems the only payment is cash or Apple Pay but no worries as there is a ATM inside. Ive been to a few other namebrand places before where it seems like theyre in a rush to get you in and out but not this place, this staff takes great pride in what they do and let me tell you, your gonna notice the difference right away, once they finish and you take that first look in the mirror its like looking at a whole new you . Just remember to bookan appointment cause Walk ins might be bumped back for a while. Wishing them the best and cant wait to go back.

So, the only reason I gave Los Alineados 4 stars is because they are a bit pricey for a mens hair cut. But, they can cut hair! Beards, fades, they can do it all. I was impressed and so was my wife. You can schedule an appointment with your favorite barber. The business name is in Spanish, but everyone inside speaks English. If your time is money and you must have that flawless fade, I recommend Los Alineados. Support local.

I was initially upset with their booking process. I booked through google maps service and I got an automatic confirmation. When I arrived, none of the barbers were aware of my appointment. Dont use the google maps booking service. Liz got me an appointment later in the day and she did an 👌 awesome job. If youre trying to reserve an appointment and have never been, download the app booksy.

Book ahead of time using the app, folks. I was able to walk in (got lucky), and was really pleased with the service. These guys are true professionals; I was able to explain the cut I wanted and it came out great. They really care about the quality of the cut and will spend extra time to make sure you aren’t walking around with an uneven cut or “flyaway” hairs.Give them a shot next time you need your haircut done the right way. Amazing service from all the friendly staff at the barbershop. The place is very nice and clean and well kept, all CDC guidelines being followed because of COVID-19, must have a mask to go in so that’s appreciated, you must have an appointment to get a haircut which controls traffic in and out of shop. It has an awesome environment for everyone, kid friendly as well so that’s always a plus! Would definitely recommend!
