Very organized, a lot of things to entertain kids during parties, kitchen available, music played during party, very clean. Reasonably priced. Staff is very courteous and helpful throughout the party to keep things rolling along smoothly. I highly recommend this place for all childrens parties. Also, its very easy to communicate with the staff over concerns and last minute changes and details. Plenty of parking too!

This is a great place for all party occasion, had 1 for my little girl who turned 10. The staff was great and the place was decorated real nice.

Ive never had a party here myself but we have attended a few parties here. The staff is always helpful and their facilities always clean. They have a toddler area and small train for my 1 year old. For my 6 year old, games and jumping balloons are available.

Had my godsons birthday here and I’m just amazed at the way the staff treated us. We walked in to setup and were greeted by friendly staff who assisted us from beginning to end. Lydia, Luis, and Brianna made our experience here the best. My godson loved it and didn’t sit once from airbrush face paint, to laser tag, and to his amazing balloon drop where his face lit up like I’ve never seen before. I am highly satisfied and recommend this venue to anyone looking for an amazing children’s party. I will most definitely be back for future party’s. Thank you so much

Its an awesome party hall, lots to do but they should really remind their patrons to inform their guests that kids need to be wearing socks in play area. They do sell socks for a dollar but really wish I had been informed before hand.

Very nice plays to hve a party

It was a great time! Was there for my niece and had an overall great time BUT being an oversized kid myself I found the “no adults allowed on jumping balloons” rule very mean and so hard to follow but other then that it was clean? The safe was friendly and talkative plus the movie room is very cool!

Our experience from the start was amazing! Pamela took great care of us and explained everything in detail for our event.The day of the event Pamela greeted us and introduced us to our party coordinator/party helper Crystal; She was so helpful, very accommodating and best of all had a great attitude! I would ask for help and she was more that happy to help us out, would let us know if anything came up, and would check on my husband and I to make sure things were going smoothly.They allowed the kids to play and even the adults. Everyone had a great time. All of our guests enjoyed the environment.We will not hesitate to use the hall again for future events.

The customer service is beyond excellent! They have different packages to choose from and extra things to add. The pictures dont do the place justice. The Aladdin room is really spacious. They have everything to make your event run smoothly. Its best to pay them a visit and see for yourselves all the things they offer.

The hall was nice. Kind of difficult to find but good parking. Employees were horrible though. They were visibly irritated with the people there

My three year old is tiny! She rarely gets to ride any rides and gets pretty angry that her older sister gets to have all the fun. Here she was able to ride everything! She had a blast! Our 1 year old had a blast also!

I have had my kid’s birthday parties at Gumballs Party Room since 2011. The customer service from all the employees it is great, specially from Silvia and Danny. They are always there for anything you might need to make your party memorable. Every year, they keep adding different attractions and amenities. Moreover, they offer different packages that you can customize depending on your needs and budget. I highly recommend Gumball Party Room and I look forward to continue having my kids’ birthday parties there.

I had my daughters first birthday party at Gumballs Party Room and have always continued. We LOVE this hall. They are friendly and offer so much for the kids to do. Great ownership. The facility WAS the best in town at one point, however it has become run down and signs of wear are showing. Still a nice venue, but the prices are going sky high.

My niece had her birthday party there and it was a blast! The party rooms are huge and lots of entertainment for the kids. Its byob and you can also take your own food. The only thing that I didnt like was the music they played during the party

I just came out of our birthday party for our baby girl analeah and it was the best experience we could’ve ever had for her first birthday party!!!! The manager is so polite and generous she is honestly the kindest person I’ve met and kept everything in order and made our party easy peasy!!!! Its a fun place to have for kids but they do everything so fast so if your late you missed everything and you have to bring your own food which is good its a fun place for kids

Walked in to see what the party hall looked like only to have the lady in charge point to where they were and said to take a look. Didnt get up to great me or walk with me if I were to have questions. After I looked I stood at the window to talk to the lady about options and she yells from her chair that she has not gotten up from and says well come in. Pretty hall, but horrible customer service. I wouldnt give this woman my business. People need to realize money is good everywhere and what makes us choose the place we like is customer service

From year to year we been coming here and they have great service. The place is big, the service is nice and the people working here have a huge imagination.

My son somehow got a gash on his forehead from the playground. Great place but just watch your kids closer.

There with my kids for a birthday party. They had a blast. The jumping balloons were clean and well maintained.

Called extreme lll does not have where the kids can go up be visible like all the other activities they have there my son was on that jumping ballon and fell from the jumping ballon going up and broke his femur but we were not able to tell how he landed because it’s not visible to parents and the people supervising are just standing in the middle chit chatting the only one I saw was a young guy that works there actually by one of the arcades keeping a look out vs just talking away with the others I did plan on looking into this y’all for a birthday party but that’s my only concern that is keeping me from doing so the positioning of the ballon is not right it’s only visible to parents to see the kids come down never go up all the others are fully visible

Been here a couple time, great for Birthday Partys. They even have an indoor area for pinata hitting and kids are for the kids.

Were about to celebrate my sons 5th birthday here at Gumballs for the 5th time. The staff is amazing, helpful, kind, and attentive.
