State Farm is absolutely amazing. The customer service is incredible. Every time I call I am always greeted by Mirna Ohara’s sweet voice. She is completely understanding and works so hard for her customers. And I have first hand seen her be there for a good friend of mine who was in a car accident. Right away we called out agent (Mirna Ohara) and she was there faster than the cops, already helping us out. That’s what I call a good neighbor!

Had car/renters insurance through this State Farm branch for over 3 years and its been a complete nightmare through and through. Missed automatic payments, slow claims, didnt automatically renew policy (wife was driving without insurance for 5 days without knowing!!!) and most of all AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was stunned when we called to inquire about lowering our rate and we were told to go ahead and leave if we can find a better rate. Who says that to a customer youre trying to keep? I cant believe I have stayed with them this long and hope no one makes the same mistake giving them your business.

The people KNOW their work very knowledgeable n always very helpful, also very people like to customers. I wouldnt change my insurance, my kind of people.
