Terrible Service with Lies build in with the poor service, Due to a employee mistake i have suffer a lot and paid for vehicle that wasnt in service for 6 months by not canceling the policy After being told i dont have to, i would be credit back for the time once the vehicle is repaired, only to be told when vehicle was back in service they can only credit back 30 days WOW, also paid another vehicle insurance a year that wasnt insured according to the State, which i explain when moving from 1 state to another to Esla, she stated i can have Texas coverage and keep the vehicle register in another state that proved to be a lie, 600 plus dollar fine when i went to renew registrations, called them they offer me $250 for the damages, but couldnt get my year of insurance i paid back. Unfortunately i been dealing with the ASAP Team for a few weeks now and was starting to get to 2mths of Insurance due cause i wasnt paying anything until they straighten out my acct, and after being squared away which i didnt see not one credit my bill was 700 Plus dollars. I could have paid it but requested a extension after paying 500 plus dollars was told week in a half prior by Elsa Morales they will get with correct channels and email me, give me a call and etc, not one email, after i emailed a few times, not one time i could get Elsa on the Phone line, even when she answer the phone once said standby then i was sent to Voicemail, Talk to Lulu who also lied about Elsa answering the phone the 1st time stating shes not in office right now, also told me my policy wouldnt cancel cause i paid 90% of the bill then later when i got the cancel notice i called back they stated it was sent after me and Lulu talked they cant control that, then sends a email with me tagged in it to Resolution Team stating i think as a customer im allotted to more time to pay my bills as any other customer asking what can they do to help me out of Cancelation WOW, 1st all they drop the ball twice and the ASAP team had to get involved but to make me out the bad guy is totally disrespect when they should treat customers better than the Money they take and want give back when due or they are in the wrong, I have been stated from Elsa i was credited 250 on my acct, plus the 250 check that took a month to receive for the insurance mishap with the other state, I ask the ASAP team Rep when going over details where was that Credit its no such credit on my account for that amount. The ASAP Team seen shaky business the agent didnt even wanna deal with the account anymore, so he gave the account to a Senior manager who i am dealing with now. I called Aug 29 spoke with Lulu once couldnt get any answers about my policy cancelation, after she put me on hold never came back on the Line, I called back total of 15 times each time someone answer switch me over to Voicemail Very unprofessional, employees need to be Trained for there Job scope and not tell customers things yall cant bring to Reality just to enjoy the commission of a numbers of customers. This is my 1st time experience this with Allstate i want say Allstate is terrible but this agent I no longer will be doing business with, i prefer to talk to customer service agents at the 1800# They get the solution squared away in a timely manner, Hopefully i will still be with Allstate and could put a better Review in near future for other Allstate agent.
