I had been with this Agent for over 10 years and NOT once did she make an attempt to make contact with me as to why I was unhappy with her or her staff. At one time I made a complaint and I had to deal with her office manager and then come to find out its her husband, yet two weeks ago I requested to speak with the office manager and I was told he had not worked with the agency for over a year, but he still is listed on their web page as her office manager. So obviously not an agent to be trusted along with her staff Alex which made that claim. Insurance agents are supposed to be trustworthy since they are banking out of our pockets.

Since the agency office is closed. I had some concerns about my Car Insurance. Reached out to Alejandra Ellis, because I kept her business card from the beginning, when I became part of this agency. Im a first timer, didnt know what to expect, never have had a car. Alejandra has been super helpful, responded quick and has had answers to my questions.

Alejandra is such a sweet person, I always have a good time when I come to this office, she is very caring and nice.I know allstate is not the cheapest but they always treat me right. I have never had any complain with them. Their Financial specialist helped me to roll over my retirement account and I couldnt be more happy with them. highly recommend it
