Pretty good service and very helpful and also lower price in town

Nobody ever answers the phone an I call literally threw out the whole day...to get a response via email doesnt happen either. Get answered an hung up on just trying to make payments. They need a better system or more employees.

The worker is real nice and professional. He is very helpful

Statement from owner ---- I hope everyone can see that the majority of the 1 star reviews were posted from one review accounts in the same time period and was most likely one individual upset with a decision.

I had my interlock installed by a different company, when that company went out of business I got transferred to this company and have had nothing but problems with the interlock since they started servicing. Now its time to get my interlock removed and I cant even get them to send an email that would take 5 minutes to type up. If you need something done in a timely manner dont use this company.

They were so nice and upfront about all pricing. They were professional and courteous, they even stayed late so I could get my interlock installed. I have been with them for 6 months now and have never had a problem. Thank you again for not being a nightmare as I hear other companies are.

The old employee they had a couple of months ago dragged but the current one is way faster. They definitely need another employee helping him out though you can tell the workload doesnt match the workforce.

Very unprofessional employees and location. I wouldnt recommend anyone with a serious need of this device to go here. I was given an appointment for Tuesday of the next week and when I showed up I was informed that the devices hadnt come in. I was not contacted just sent home. I am glad I called the next day because they didnt receive the devices again. The employee had assured me he would call me to let me know and didnt. After a week of postponing, I was given an appointment for the next week. I decided to go with a different company. This was a voluntary installation and therefore I was able to be flexible but I would not recommend any court order install to go through this business as they have no sense of urgency or professionalism.
