They have yet to answer my phone calls and emails. Its been weeks for a maintenance request and they dont seem to be operating the days they claim on their website.

I recently moved to Sagewood Apts and I can truly say I’m glad that I did as everything is going fine. The apartments are spacious and most of all the price was within our budget. The office staff is very professional and courteous at all times specially the property manager Veronica. If you are looking for an affordable home I would refer Sagewood Apts anytime.

Beware!!! I am a current resident and I cannot wait to get out of here! I wish I could give this place negative stars!! Mold, termites, water damage, structural damage, multiple leaks, water is constantly off due to “busted pipes” and there are so many birds it literally smells like feces. Ever since new management has taken over, this property has gone downhill. It’s a shame because this used to be a wonderful property! That’s why we moved here. And now I am counting the days until I am free. My family’s safety and health are at risk and management can’t even be bothered to do the bare minimum. I’ve contacted the corporate offices in California and Texas and still nothing has been done. Don’t waste your time, money, or sanity on this complex.

I live here...been here for 5 years. One star because no star is avalible. I have had many issues and documented accounts with no Heat or AC, running water nasty cats and birds. I have complained to the main office in California and here in Texas. The office hangs up on me and is very unprofessional. It is Tuesday afternoon now. I have not had hot water since Saturday..i have called..no reply..no official here has any concern Now it is 1 oclock on week day, no one is working...must be nice 👌...be Warned...do not Apply...if you are concerned about you and your familys well being. There is no respect of person on this property.

The current manager of these apartments is horrible! Doesn’t want to help the renters and is very rude and unprofessional. Apartments are old and have not been maintained properly and the manager won’t fix the problems in a timely manner, leaving renters to live in hazardous and unsanitary conditions. Upstairs renters toilet broke and flooded my daughters apartment and the management was very unreasonable and incompetent in fixing the problem. Then, the air conditioner broke and caused a leak and again the manager handled it badly. She simply does not care about the residents.

I loved living In this complex!! its cozy the pool is always clean if something breaks you can count on it getting fixed! Its also in a very convenient location. Manager is always helpful and very nice!!!!

Worst apts ever they are not considerate to the residents they have gone down hill completely and the amount of birds is disgusting

My friend lives there Theres No air conditioning good luck if it working if you decide to live there all they want is their money

Ridiculous amount of birds. Bird poop everywhere and the birds never stop chirping and get louder and louder as the night goes on.
