Dale and his team are great!When I got of the Army I needed to rent my house quick to move. I found Dale and he made it so easy for us, by getting our house rent-ready and putting good paying tenants in there.We recently decided it was time to sell at the top of the market and once again Dale stepped up to the plate. We just closed on the sale of our house of 5 years, through a long process of negotiations and having to make repairs, which were necessary. He made sure we were at ease when we were impatient. The admins are super nice, but please don’t rent from them. I moved into an apartment and it does not have a working air conditioner. I kept submitting work orders through “Property Meld” and I have had 3 people tell me the air conditioner is working, when it’s not. I had a friend of mine go into the crawl space and found huge gaps where the air is escaping and my neighbor on the other side of the duplex stated that he felt huge gusts of air escaping, so my friend took pictures of the massive gap, and the maintenance person Dale, has been acting like I’m being contentious, and like I’m lying. The first person they sent said the AC is working, but only because my friend turned on the water. Then the second guy replaced the belt, then the third guy came with pliers and opened the vents, and said, there, problem fixed. It has not been fixed and I can’t get them to fix it. The weather has been super hot. Several days of triple digit heat and I have a health issue that makes me sick because I can’t regulate my temperature. Renter beware don’t rent from them, they’re not attentive and will not fix issues. Once they have your money it’s over, and if you’re a woman expect the maintenance workers to walk all over you.

I havent rented from them yet but plan to this month. Very professional emails and the website was easy to use to apply. Looks pretty simple to use for work orders, paying rent, etc. . . I really enjoy how they take the time to respond to every comment whether it was a positive or negative comment. Some of the very few complaints are unjustified. Especially the complaint about rent increasing. That is standard across the US. Every tenant whether renting from a company or a private owner should expect a slight increase each time they renew a lease to take into account how well the housing market is or isnt doing. Some of the other complaints werent very clear so I assume they are baseless to. If you are going to take the time to complain put all the details into your complaint so that it is easily understood. Looking forward to renting from this company. There is a lady named Martha who has answered my questions I had on the property I am planning to rent.

If you simply read their responses to the negative reviews, I think that says A LOT. They’re very dismissive of the concerns of their tenants. Literally the worst customer service of any property management company I’ve ever dealt with in the 5 different states I’ve lived in. They couldn’t care less about rectifying the issues of their tenants. They instead choose to die on the hill of defensiveness and respond with snarky, condescending replies. They’re management skills are trash. They don’t even deserve half a star.

BE AWARE! They do yearly rental agreements and WILL increase your rent amount if you choose to renew your rental agreement. This is very shady and I wish someone would have warned us before we chose this leasing agency when moving to El Paso.

Had very bad experience with them, tried to solve the issue with upper management but it was clear to me the problem starts from the top. They seem that they hire young inexperienced women. Then dont even have any life skills no knowledge of our community in elpaso, tx. It was painful to deal with them. The good thing was that they were thrown out from managing the complex where I lived .

My husband and I love Northern Pass Properties. We recently were told that we werent able to sign our lease again, due to the owner wanting to sell. Lisa was very understanding that this put us in a bind and was very helpful into getting us into another home. Everyone is extremely helpful, kind and understanding. We plan on renting from them until we PCS somewhere else.

We have had a wonderful experience so far with Northern Pass Properties. We had a few things that were not working or broke and they were so quick to make sure it was a taken care of for us. Also anytime I call they are always so helpful and nice which is huge. You are able to pay them online each month which is always a plus and very convenient.

The home was nice, and I didnt have any problems until after I moved out. We were shorted on our deposit and charged for damages we didnt cause, but we had to take the loss because we didnt submit our initial inspection sheet in the time allotted. We also had issues with other fees. Its been disappointing because we are model tenants. Regardless, the damages they claimed werent there when we occupied the home. Soldiers, I recommend you rent elsewhere. There are lots of homes in El Paso.To clarify: I find it tacky and tasteless that you would insinuate that we werent able to pay our rent. Heres what happened: we made our final payment, and auto-pay attempted to withdraw a second payment. You all sent us an email informing us that you cancelled our auto payment on our behalf. Please refer to the images. Of course, had you not been able to collect payment due to insufficient funds, you surely would have contacted us to collect. But you didnt, because you were sufficiently paid. Again, Soldiers, rent elsewhere.

My family and I had a very poor experience with these people. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially military families. When you first meet, Dale and Lisa seem very friendly and helpful, but after they got us into the house they were absent. They make empty promises. When we moved in the house had damage they promised would be fixed, it never was the entire year we lived there. The house also had fleas when moved in, clearly they had never used the previous families deposit to clean the floors. Dale told my husband he would reimburse us if we carpet cleaned the floors, I was pregnant at the time and between my swollen feet and flea bites I was miserable. We had just moved in, it was not right that we had to do the work. These people are willing to take your money, but I believe they are very cheap. We rented from this company for one year, once our contract was up I was ready to move. Getting my deposit returned was a nightmare, it took months and I had to be proactive by sending letters. I was ready to get legal services evolved for the principle of it. I would not trust this couple as far as I can throw them.

So humble to have found a home that accommodated to our needs and the staff was very willing to assist in all advanced necessities before we made the move from San Diego to El Paso. So far we’re very impressed and have had nothing short of positive, outstanding experiences!!

Moved into what we thought was a good home to instantly start having things fall apart on us. Things were glued or taped together and you could tell that when something was fixed they didn’t do it right the first time.To top it all off at the end of our year lease they told us the homeowner had to sell and we needed to move out ASAP. We were in a bind because my husband was gone for months due to Army training. The only good thing I have to say about them is that they did somewhat work with us, although I felt they were a little pushy.I’ve periodically checked up on the house to see if it was indeed for sale. The funny thing is that it was listed for a few months and it’s SO conveniently back on the market to be rented, but for a higher price tag.So if you’re a military family that’s looking for quality and stability, this place company is not for you.Oh and one last thing. If you ever wonder why this company has outstanding reviews please know that they hold drawings for prizes and to enter the drawing you have to give them a good google review. Super shady behavior if you ask me.

Just rented a home from them today. They made the whole experience insanely quick and painless. I spent the entire day on the phone yesterday looking at houses around El Paso getting through to NO ONE and then as soon as I called Northern Pass Properties, they were extremely prompt, responsive, and accommodating. Wish I’d called them sooner.

They where fast and organized and got me a nice house for rent.

Wonderful property managers & VERY easy to work with. Dale rented my home very quickly & even got some repairs done to get the home rent ready. Almost everything was done long distance as I am up at Fort Drum currently. I am very thankful & very pleased with this company.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Theyre just good for nothing people that just care about themselves, any problem that has to do with rent theyll just find an excuse and wont help you. Also very ride staffing, knowing how to de-escalate a situation should be a very importantly part of the job, but instead they get violent. Very childish, I would never come back and I hope they dont get anyone to rent for them.

Called them on a Friday afternoon. Got their voicemail that said not to leave a message but leave a text message instead. I sent a text message, 15 min later they said theyd call within the next few hours. Never did. I assumed theyd call the next day on Saturday because perhaps they were busy on the last day of the week. No call all weekend.I called them today, Tuesday afternoon. Dale answered! He asked if he can call me back within the hour. Sure, no problem! Its been an hour and a half. Nothing so far. At this point Ive lost interest in doing business. If I have to work this hard just to get information in regards to their property management services then Ive completely lost my interest in any potential business.Completely unprofessional and clearly unreliable.

Do not rent from this company. I moved into a duplex they own about seven months ago and didn’t have any problems to start off with. More towards when it started getting hotter outside we realized our AC didn’t work. They had someone come to fix it and it worked for about three days and then stopped. I informed the landlord on many occasions that I needed someone to come take a look at it and he said someone would come the next day between 5-9 and no one ever showed up. I messaged him the next day letting him know no one ever came to fix the issue and got no response. Four days later I messaged him again and to my surprise he replied saying someone would come fix it the next day between 5-9. Someone did come, but they did not fix the problem, they just told me what was wrong and left. I let the landlord know ahead of time that I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and cannot fix the issue on my own seeing as it entails climbing onto the roof. It’s two days later and the house is still hot, the swamp cooler smells and attracts flies into the house, and my baby is due soon possibly into a house with a non working AC and it’s 95-103 degrees out on a daily basis.

Superb service!!!! I enlisted the help of NPP about two weeks ago and somehow, Dale was able to rent my home within two weeks at a great price. I almost made the mistake of hiring another management company with excellent reviews just like NPP. However, when I called this other company, they told me they did not have to visit the property and would just use the same old pictures that existed online to market my home. I informed them that it does not look anything like those old pics but they still assured me that because it is a rental, they base the rent price solely by their market analysis. Luckily I listened to my Spidey Sense and made my way out of that place.In contrast, I entered NPP one afternoon and was greeted by two very friendly, lovely ladies. They offered me water and made me feel right at home. Once I sat down with Dale, he explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions. His crew immediately went to work and took professional pictures of my home the very next day and within a couple of days, my home was being marketed on several popular sites in El Paso. Dale and his team are truly the real deal. I will continue to use their services for any other rentals that I attain in the future.

This is an honest and trustworthy company. They are very responsive and helpful. I PCS’d to Bliss from Ft Benning GA with the hopes to live on post, but Ft Bliss Housing was not responsive and not helpful. My family decided to look off post and we saw a house we wanted to rent that NPP was showing. NPP made it convenient for my wife and I to see the house on our own timeline. NPP made the leasing contract very easy to understand and only took 30 minutes to get everything signed. I appreciated NPP’s attentiveness to lessen my family’s stress of not having a home due to our bad experience with ft Bliss Housing. I highly recommend this place for military families. NPP will help you find a home and quick!

Since we began renting with NPP a year ago, weve had a great experience with them! I dont blame them for something that wont get fixed because the homeowners dont want to cooperate (broken window and microwave before we moved in).Dale has been professional and great to work with. Weve never had a problem contacting him, or felt like he didnt have time to address any questions we had. We had a problem with the dishwasher, and someone came to look at it right away. A couple of months ago, one of our toilets had a bad valve, and again, we got an immediate fix! I would definitely rent with NPP again. Thanks, Lisa and Dale!

I am happy I followed a recommendation to contact Northern Pass Properties when I decided to rent my townhouse. Dale arranged for needed repairs to be done, and my property was rented within a month.

Unprofessional and rude. It should not be such a hassle to work with a property manager. Our first visit was a complete waste because Dale was too busy doing his taxes to assist my wife and I. Hours are unrealistic; 10-4 M-F. Those of us who work tend to take care of housing business on the weekends. They dont answer their phones and are rarely at the office. Secretaries were friendly, yet clueless. Completely unwilling to work with you on contract issues. I lost over $500 dollars here and never rented a house!

My personal experience dealing with this company was relatively positive. They do have some questionable practices, and I do know of many tenants who have had issues with NPP. Again, my experience was relatively positive. I was a little displeased being charged for carpet cleaning services upon moving out, when I know darn well that they were going to redo the floors and rip out the carpet to put in laminate flooring.Compared to other realty companies in the El Paso area, NPP is probably one of the better companies to have to deal with.

If there is an issue or if they think there could potentionally be an issue, they are proactive and they will get in touch with you. Northern pass is a very professional organization. And the property I rented is in great shape, very modern and up to date. I have rented from alot of people, Northern Pass is one of the best I have encountered. I highly recommend them. Being Military they also support the Military in everyway possible.
