Left a dead skunk laying in a residential area for a full week. Took 3 calls to remove it, after being told they would pick it up within 24 hours. We even moved it because it was causing a hazzard as folks were swerving to miss hitting it again. The smell in our home, garage and yard was noxious and lasted days after they finally removed it, and the added flies to an already overwhelming El Paso fly situation, couples with hawks and buzzards and who knows what else was troubling. 24 hours turned into 144 hours after 3 phone calls. Disappointing. DO BETTER! We pay for this service through our taxes so do your job.

I tried calling about 20 times and no one would answer the phone. Why be a 24 hour service if no one is available to help anyways when most needed.

They were able to remove some raccoons from my home and they did this in under 48 hrs. After a series of failed attempts by other firms, they were the only Pest control company that took the situation by the scruff of the neck and delivered wonderful results. Cant thank them enough.

No complaints with recent service. Cheapest in the area. Best staff. Telephones answered all year around by a real person, not an electronic system or a call centre. Checked and they have all the right permits. Sorted my raccoons out without hurting them. Great job!

Daniel was quick, courteous and knowledgeable as he removed a skunk from our yard.

They did a great job, caught 3 rats and were very responsive. They came on-time to take the rodents when they were caught, etc.  Everything one could expect.  Great job.

They came back today, as promised, to cover the remaining 10 roof vents of which 2 more were entry points for the raccoons. Thank you for your diligence!
