My son was super excited to get into baseball last spring before they shut it down due to covid. So, we decided to give karate a go and he absolutely loves it. He has so many new friends and gets really excited when he moves up a rank. Sensei Brian is an awesome person and extremely patient with children. I have never seen a frown or a bored child in his dojo. The rates are incredibly generous for what he does.Thank you so much for giving my son this opportunity, and my family the opportunity to make it through this school year with your wildcat academy tutoring.

I was excited when I saw the signs go up for the new dojo because I’d read that martial arts could help with both of my kids issues and the improvements I’ve seen have far exceeded anything I’d hoped for and the kids have only been in karate for 8 months. Brian has been a lifesaver with the upheaval of the Covid epidemic and two kids that thrive on routine. He’s gone above what anyone could have expected for the kids. When the dojo was closed by the governor he set up online classes so the kids could keep learning and have some normalcy to their lives. I’ve watched my daughter go from insecure and no self confidence to holding her head high and being proud of what she’s accomplished. I’ve watched my son use skills from karate to help conquer his meltdowns when he’s overwhelmed and as he gains confidence the meltdowns are happening less often. The kid we were told would have lifelong issues with muscle tone and coordination is thriving in karate and more coordinated than many adults now. Daily I hear “Sensei Brian said this...” and it’s always something good. Both kids focus, attention to detail and patiences have drastically improved.

They have a great teacher who wants to show you on haw to face your fears and control your anger and you get to have fun at one heart dojo!!
