Wish I could leave 100 stars. Roger and his employees are the nicest guys ever. Very helpful in getting my daughter, myself and my 5 grandchildren back on the road safely. All we thought we needed was 1 tire plugged but they checked all the tires finding another tire that needed repaired and fixed us up and on our way.

Excellent and quick service. Bought 4 tires, balanced and installed while I was drinking my complementary coffee, about 30 minutes from in to out.My only problem was there was only one in stock choice in tires for my Rogue. Others would have to be ordered.

Quick service, friendly staff. Got a flat on my way into town on business, and they were able to get a replacement low profile tire overnight. I was a bit disappointed they didnt check the air on all my tires, as shortly after leaving town, our tire pressure monitor came on - the new tire was over inflated and another tire was too low. But they were willing to come to my hotel to change the tire, but the run flat held up overnight, so I could drive to the shop.

Dont recommend them anymore, took my truck to them to have my new wheels installed and a road force balance, they didnt road force balance them because(that guy wasnt there that day) and told me If i had any problems to come back and they would do it free of charge. Took it back 2 days later to have them road forced and they didnt do it correct and also charged me $90...

Really honest and kind people working at Joes! They checked my brake pads and told me they didnt actually need replacing and then cleaned all the brake dust and debris from them at no charge! Will definitely bring my car back for future work!

Was on the way to St. Louis and had to stop by because I had a large staple in my tire. We called ahead and they were waiting on us when we got there. The guys patched my tire up and had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. So thankful for their great service!

Came in for an easy tire repair; slow leak driver rear. As I waited, I recalled that I had not mentioned that the side skirts on my car require the car be lifted properly. I considered this should be known by a Pro shop. I know because A) I own a shop in Houston and B) I had another shop make the same mistake previously. I decide to go take a look anyway. Sure enough they have the kind of lift most tire shops have that have a wide track designed to pick the car up starting at the first point of contact, and I can see my side ground effects buckled slighty. Last time this happened I had to have them repaired from where the paint cracked and spidered. Plastic tends to bend more then paint. It was still a pretty new car in 2016. As Im explaining why you cant pick this car up like that, the shop manager gets involved. So I explain it again but, hes sure there is no problem because they do it all the time. Great :( We get it off the lift and I can feel where the paint cracked. So could he though he wouldnt admit it. Its not a ton of damage but, it is damage that can be avoided by lifting from the cars designated lift points. In his denials, he calls me a liar by saying how does he know it wasnt like that from the last time it happened. I told him at least once already that the shop that did it before, a body shop, fixed it. I told him Im not lying. By this time the office manager gets involved and we take the conversation inside where she offers me the owners number after again repeating they do this way all the time. I again explained, and reallly Im just trying to share my knowledge and be helpful. Ive not asked for or demanded anything and Ive kept a pretty even keel despite being called a liar and being treated like an idiot. Anyways I can tell its not sinking in. I dont want the owners number, I dont want anything from them, Im happy to leave with my damaged car now 3 years old. The real catch though is the cheap plug repair they did to my nearly brand new tire and, they charged me 18 dollars. A truly PRO shop would know to lift the car properly, offer a patch instead of a plug on a tire like this and, probably would have apologized and waived the fee.This just in. They stripped all the lug nuts and my daughter is stranded on the side of the road. 12292019.

We brought a motorcycle tire to get air and they couldnt get it to hold.It was around 11am and they were very rude and unprofessional. I dont know the guys name but he was in a hurry to get us out of the way. The man didnt even try to help us. I used to buy all of my tires there, but I dont think that I will be back.
