We have had auto and home insurance with Keith for years. They offer friendly and informative customer service, and a convenient location. I’ve never had any trouble filing claims and still enjoy a very competitive rate. We are blessed to have such a high quality representative of Allstate in our quaint, small town. It was like a breath of fresh air. No complications, and willing to work with existing situations.

No complaints at all, everyone in the office was very friendly. Mr. Jackson explained coverage options very well with me in an easy to understand way, he answered any questions I had, and was overall very easy to communicate with.

The people are easy to work with and knowledgeable. Only reason I didnt give five stars is that allstate does not cover an accident if you hit a tree already down across a road
