Alondra was an INCREDIBLE employee! She was extremely helpful and sweet. She was extremely patient with us and even stayed after hours to finish helping us. If you go to the AT&T store, she is definitely an employee you want helping you!

I had a great experience at the AT&T Store at El Cerrito Plaza. Becky Thomas was terrific. I came in just to get a SIM card for a new phone on my existing account. Becky took care of that expertly. Then Becky reviewed my current wireless plan, and found me a better plan that was both less expensive and offered more features. She also found additional discount opportunities to reduce my monthly bill even more.

I came into this AT&T to take my phone off a shared plan and Josseline helped me out with this quickly and kindly. It was actually kind of fun and she had infinite patience to go through forms multiple times with me as I was figuring out what options to go forward with. She found several discounts I could use and explained things in a clear way. Even though my phone was cracked she treated it gently which I appreciated, and she also didnt try to push Apple TV or other services on me after I said I wasnt interested in those. Everyone at this store was awesome. Thanks!

Great experience here, particularly with Oscar. Ive unfortunately had issues with my phone not working and even though Ive come in several times, hes always been patient and kind and super helpful. Would definitely recommend this location as well as Oscar- he is fantastic 😊

I came in to get me new phone activated. The rep who helped was very helpful, even though she kept trying to sell me stuff. A manager came over to sell me stuff. I told him repeatedly that I didnt want to buy what he was selling. He kept at me telling me it was his job to sell me stuff and I should hear him out. He kept asking the same questions. E.g. we have this special on accessories. No thanks. You mean you not going to buy any accessories? No. Who are you going to buy them from. I dont want to talk about it any more. You are not letting me get my two cents in - I listened to you.It was nightmarish.

It was a fascinating experience and I hope that this excitement can lead to more joy for my cell phone

El Cerrito Plaza ATT Store. Alondra was the rep who attended to our needs. She helped the first 2 of the 3 of us who share our new ATT account on Friday 08/20. She also was the rep available to help us on Saturday 8/21, when the 3rd member of our household could come. Both times she was exquisitely caring and patient. On Saturday she stayed after hours till she could complete the transactions needed. See figured out a work around so I could have the accessory in hand to give to my son before he left for college on Monday, ordered the one they didn’t have in the store, while still being able to provide us the discount available (Buy 2 get 1 free). Please do everything you can to encourage this young woman by asking for her and sending her boss and/or via the post visit survey. Thank you!

DaVonne Abram and Josseline Sanchez were amazing. If not for them, I would have been overwhelmed and probably would have given up. But they helped me use my business to transfer numbers to a business account, helped me obtain a promotional additional number, and got my new phone all set up. Trying to cancel ATT*tv was a nightmare!The staff at Pinole ATT store tried but recommended we go to the ATT store in El Cerrito.We met an incredible young lady Christina that also had difficulty but was so tenacious she would not give up. She was so patient, smart and understood our frustration. It took her a while but she was successful with such a complicated issue I would highly recommend her and the El Cerrito branch. Definitely provided service with a smile and compassion and smarts.

Guy who sold us a phone was supposedly the manager and training someone. He messed up the billing and I was being charged 20 dollars more on internet than he offered us, something that was probably done purposefully to make the sale as firstnet and att have promotions and bundles that do not compliment each other in spite of both being made through att. He also sold a screen protector hard at my partner, which has a warranty only if you have the receipt. He neglected to give us the receipt and then somehow the store had no record of the sale one day later when it was found out that the sale was not on the receipt for the phone. Scam artists. Really fancy scam artists.2* received due to having been in one other time for information to find a friendly sales rep who was kind and not overly pushy.

I’m writing this review as I have been waiting to get a help inside the store for the last 90min and counting. It feels worse than DMV to wait and wait so someone can talk to you. They said it could be 30-45min but an hour and half gone and still not got any help yet. The number of technicians are reduced to one bc the other two left. I won’t put up with this abuse and would have left a while ago if it wasn’t the case that I’m here to pick up my SIM Card switching from Verizon and they cut my service so I don’t have a service the whole day. This doesn’t give me a good vibe for switching from Verizon on my first visit that I’m waiting for 2 hours just to pick up a SIM Card. Thumbs down AT&T👎👎

I have had the work’s experience today with the phone representatives on the customer service line. 3.5 hours On the phone no exaggeration, trying to explain something that had already been detailed out in their notes section from numerous prior phone calls/representatives.I walk into the El Cerrito location and was immediately greeted by Freshta. I explain my situation to Freshta Who then helped by reaching out to their internal customer service department. Within that time Sylvia came to see what was going on noticing that it has been quite a few minutes. After another 20 minutes of going back-and-forth with the customer service rep Silvia and Freshta call on Martina for another layer of support. The BOTTOM LINE to this review is the 3 in store representatives FRESHTA, SILVIA and MARTINA went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I had no where els to go and no one els to turn to!THANK YOU SO MUCH!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

However, all that changed when I ended up at the AT&T store location in El Cerrito, California and had the good fortune of meeting sales associate Bobby Falak.Bobby effectively explained the awesome services offered by AT&T and hence, my decision was easy. Bobby is professional, knowledgeable and eager to assist a customer. I think what impressed me the most was Bobbys undeniable strong grasp on excellent customer satisfaction as he came through in flying colors.My journey to the store was an emotional one; I have relied heavily on Verizon Wireless for many so years and my decision to leave was not an easy one; so obviously, it would take someone Bobbys skills and expertise to effectively assist me with the transition.After this visit, I have no worries.
