He was caring and thorough and diligent and SO friendly throughout, explaining my various insurance options very clearly, and laying out the pros and cons of the different approaches. He also went the extra mile on several issues, helping me find suitable fire insurance which was especially complicated and difficult to procure given my homes location in a Cal Fire Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone. He did a lot of leg work helping me sort all that out and I deeply appreciate his help.I should also say that his high level of service, his staying on top of everything, and his continuing to monitor the situation until everything was sorted out has been outstanding. He was Extremely helpful & guided us through the whole process. First, he gave us educational videos & information to ensure that I understand the different types of insurances and what we should look for to get proper coverage. These weren’t company propaganda videos either they were general but straight forward. Then he guided us to make sure our decision would give us the proper coverage. He wasn’t pushy or just trying to make the sale. Unfortunately, our business was robbed. He was with us the whole way. He made sure we got in contact with the right people in the company and followed up with us when the claim was made to make sure we covered everything. I Highly recommend that you talk to him when deciding to buy insurance as he is very professional and thoughtful.
