I have been seen at Heartland for over a decade. Not only have all the psychiatrists I have seen there over that time been really good, but I attended many of the classes they have had there over the years. I learned a lot, such as CBT, DBT, and other coping skills. Because of the med management I have received, along with the information and skills, my symptoms are for the most part, very well controlled. I have come a long way from where I started, and feel like I have control over my life, and not my life stressing me out, and controlling me! I would definitely recommend this clinic to others, and actually have before!!
