They are definitely a versatile shop! We have had boots re-done, handbags repaired, custom made leather accessories and purchased other products sold there. They are very professional and have a great quality of work!

This place is so very unprofessional beyond belief. 1st of all Carl the owner is always in a bad mood doesn’t even acknowledges you as a person. They give you a date to pick up your item I was there twice and twice they were not done on time. Extremely unprofessional. I’m so sorry it took me going twice to realize!

They work Magic here. I used their services 3 times now and all 3 times i was so happy. I had a pair of heels that i was going to throw away they were in bad shape. I picked them up today and they were like brand new. Im so thankful. The customer service is awesome too. They are always kind and helpful. I will definately continue to use them.

6 out of 5 star. They deserve a diamond star.I have a very special knife in my life that I always carry. I decided I wanted a custom western style cross draw sheath for it. I asked for it to be 45° angle, black, priemum material, back worn, 5 inches apart, 2 inch belt loops, no safety snap, press formed, only a 1/3 of the handle sticking out, with white stitching, no branding. And, let me tell you. It is exactly that on the dot. I am absolutely blown away and appreciate the work man ship and quality. Everyone needs alittle leather in their life somewhere . I took My Nacona Boots In To Get The Heels Worked on Wednesday & They Were Ready By 1pm The Next Day, I Was So Happy I Could Of Danced A Jig. Thank You Carls & The Lady That Helped Me.

I took my Uggs in to Carls boot & Leather shop to get new soles put on they said 1 week. Great!But when I got them back and took them home to pack them for my trip I look real carefully at them.1st they did a real sloppy job.2nd they put a HOLE in them at the toe and rough them up all around the edges.As far as Im concerned they OWE ME A PAIR OF BOOTS!I will never use them again😢They ruined my boots, theres no fixing them😡

WHO are these morons that leave such bad reviews for CARLs BOOTS?! Do they NOT recognize what real quality service is?! Obviously NOT!! NO doubt these people are probably this current batch of so-called millennials who dont have a clue what a real QUALITY tack shop does! Ive been going to CARLs BOOTS for 20+ years and they have NEVER failed to disappoint! We are SO lucky to have a small, quality, family owned business like CARLs! I have brought everything to them, from my FAV pair of UGGS, to a priceless antique gun leather holster. Glenn has NEVER turned me down, only to ask when do I want it back?!...and there lies the rub! They are SO good at their work and in such demand that their popularity necessitates a longer wait! Just remember...all good things come to those who wait!

The young lady at the front counter has no idea what she’s doing. When I explained what I wanted she was clueless as to how it’s done but then when I decided to leave to find another shop she decided they did exactly what I neeed just to try to get a sale.

The two men that work there seem perfectly nice. The young girl however cant seem to count, understand increments of time, or read. The repair to my saddle took WEEKS longer than she quoted and my boots are ridiculously past when they were supposed to be ready but still are not done despite her assurances they would be.
