It is a loose 3 sometimes the front office girls are nice sometimes,sometimes not depends who is thereBe advised this is a learning facility you wont see the same NP or PA and sometimes not your dr.

The worst laser in the worst doctor Najat A Jalisi and the stuff member. They do make Deal with the patient at the begging and at the end O we didnt make that decision and we didnt tell you that and to many lies (THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST LIARS) They are not honest and trustful people, they are clinic and doctors working there and I believe a doctor need to be honest with their patients not just getting patients to get their money. Please dont go by them find anywhere else, and they tell you we have the best machine that no where else does, absolutely wrong! They should say the worst machine. You will not have the result you looking for, just paying your money for no result at the end. 👎👎👎👎👎

To this doctor she don’t know what the hell she’s doing she’s been giving me different medication for something else.Plus they are not clean enough. And she want to charge me $35 to pick up my file with somebody else and I call Melina and I switch my doctor for free😡

Took my daughter here and the physicians assistant is awesome. She really listened to the issues and didnt dismiss us and try and rush us out of there. I will say though, the wait time to get back to a room was excessive. I would say we were easily waiting an hour in the waiting room with my daughter not feeling well at all. We were probably there in total close to an hour and 45 min or more. The physicians assistant spent about 20 min with us and actually discussed labs and possible causes for her illness. I appreciated the time she took with us. Plus she is friendly and pleasant.

Very kind, compassionate and professional. My new primary care physician from here on. The staff as well show the same professionalism with compassion. A difficult attribute to find these days within our health care system. Thank you for your dedication...

Seems like a good place apart from their ability to follow up. Its terrible and every time i have had any kind of test, X-Ray etc, I have needed to call their reception multiple times after hearing nothing for weeks. They need to get better at this otherwise sending people for tests is a useless waste of the patients time and money.

Dr jalisi truly cares about her patients Ive been going to see her for the past 2 years after my accident and she always does a full checkup and makes Im well taken care of. Her staff is super nice and professional thank you Emilys medical group

I’m going to be very very rude and very harsh... this medical office is something out of a zoo, a bunch of very ignorant, very slow, and very dumb staff. Talk about getting my prescription wrong 5 different times within a week. Or how about the referral for pain management that I was trying to have them fax over for a whole month? Oh how about this, I had an apt to Get my blood work done, so dr Jalisi takes me in the back, she does all the routine stuff, I.e, blood pressure, heart beat, temperature all that stuff. I’ve been having a horrible wheezing problem due to my asthma and I tell dr jalisi how does my breathing sound? You can literally hear my whistling when I breath in and out that’s how bad my wheezing is and she tells me “oh your breathing is fine, set up an apt next time and we’ll talk about your breathing”... YOU SELFISH BI###, not everything is about money!! Worst dr office and the worst staff ever, I called my insurance company and also called HR and I’ll be damned if they don’t regulate her and make sure everybody is treated as a patient and not money!!

Ok I just left from my first time ever appt with Dr Jalisi. Omg she is incredible as well as her staff. So sweet kind attentive caring professional and just the best. I found her online because my previous Dr was not good at all. I can go on and on. Great office.

I have seen Dr Jalsi for years and she is great! Unfortunately she trains medical staff and it shows in the running and communication of the office. I went today waited for 45 min then had to explain myself to a med student for the 2 time why I was there. Beth came in very rude and to the point . No warmth or commutation when I asked where is the Dr? She got very upset and said I can help . So hear again I have to explain my problem to some random person forthe3 time ? I didnt want to see her then she got pissed . I said the Dr. sent me to a Nerologist and she knows whats happening. Well she didnt want to be 2 choice . Then she rudely said I have one person in front of you who Dr. jalisi has yet to see. so I went to reschedule and the nurse in charge said that someone had had a stroke and didnt know it and Dr. jalisi was being held up. I wouldnt mind waiting knowing or rescheduling that that was the case if someone needed more help than myself. There was no communication and no contact and a waste of an hour of my day.

A messed messed messed up staff, they have no idea what they are doing!!!!! I went there for a referral that took them 4 weeks to process and at the end they last my consent to collect my medical record and they put me in a horrible situation where my due date is within 9 days and I still don’t have an OB.
