I had a leak from the dishwasher and needed some cabinets restored. All Phase provided quick and excellent restoration. Drue and James were quick to respond and performed high quality work. I highly recommend this company.
I had a great experience with these guys. From the time that I was first contacted by the office until the time the technicians showed up at my door I felt confident in their services. When you have a flood in your home there is so much new information coming in all the time that it can be overwhelming, but the staff here really pull together to explain the entire process to you from A to Z. Thanks again guys. And while I certainly don’t hope to have another flood, if I needed these services I would definitely hire All Phase again.
Terrible experience start to finish. They never keep me informed as to what work was being performed or when. They left water damaged materials in my condo and told me i had to hire another company to remove it. They took some damaged materials but not all. They insisted on testing everything for asbestos even though the entire complex was tested just six months earlier. The whole experience was just a mess. I would never how this company again
Service Master All Phase was recommended by our insurance company after a wind blown awning crashed through a large living room window. They boarded up the window - got the glass replaced and repainted interior damage. They responded quickly and their work was perfect - leaving no hint of the carnage from the wind and rain. Highly recommended.
Professional, qualified technicians. Thorough and accurate work. We are very satisfied. Our home is about 6 years old and we started having issues with leaks. We had extensive damage in our bathroom and ServiceMaster did a fantastic job getting everything dried out and repaired.
For any of your home repair needs, I would highly recommend Servicemaster and their team of experienced contractors. Quick to respond and the job done right the first time. A 10 in my experience.
Service master did a great job! We cant tell the flood ever happened. From Jeffrey to Jerren to Ron Fisher they were all great to work with. You never know when an accident will happen and service master was there at moments notice to take care of it from beginning to end.
As I write this All Phase is at least 45 days past due on the work we were promised. JP came out to assess the work. He gave a brief overview of the work that would be done and told me to expect a call from a project manager who would help walk me through the process. A couple weeks later, without any notice, a contractor from a different company shows up to start work. All Phase had subcontracted to another company and never said a word about it.From that point on it became a blame game. The subcontractor stopped work because they were waiting on authorization and payment even though All Phase had received the full payment for the job at the start. Our calls were never answered. We had to reach back to our insurance company before getting any response. Then our subcontractors stopped showing up, for WEEKS at a time. They blamed All Phase for over working them. The only time any progress is made is when we reach back to our insurance company. Then All Phase lies about the progress theyve made, the subcontractor will come in and do SOME work and then disappear again. Not a single project in our house is complete, 5 months into this disaster. Do NOT hire All Phase!!!
Technician came out on a sunny day to assess a leak we suspected was coming from the roof. He told me it was actually the result of an improperly installed window in the attic and left. Later I realized he had stapled a tarp over the window and thought oh that was nice of him, doesnt fix anything though unfortunately. A week later I get a bill for $776 for emergency roof tarping. I am currently in the process of disputing the charges. I am mad that they also tried to get USAA to pay for it as well. This company is an absolute SCAM.
Well here is how it went. we had a flood in our home in august 2012 and it took out the master bedroom, master bath, upstairs hallway living room ceiling parts of the kitchen, down stairs bathroom, and convert garage room. First the insurance company sent out Service Master All Phase Restoration to dry out the house. The person they sent out was pretty cool. We put in the call at 5p and they showed up at 9p. They cleared most of the upstairs out and left the down stairs for the asbestos check. So that went on for about a week. Then the insurance people came out and said if we stick with the restoration company that did the dry out they would give a three warranty if we used them to do the rebuild. I was fine with that. JR the estimator came out did some measurements of the house and gave the insurance company the estimate for repairs. So we were good to go, the first week or so everything was going good, until the carpet was going to be installed. We had asked for our downstairs carpet to be moved upstairs and wanted new laminate floors be installed in the downstairs. they moved the carpet but cut it too short. we talked to the flooring guy to have as much carpet down stairs be brought up to the up stairs. they would have had to piece together and extra foot to the end. Instead they left what was up in the room which was 8-10 feet and connected the downstairs to the existing up stairs carpet. plus they used the old pad thinking we would not even know. I asked the estimator if we were going to get new padding and he said yes. then came the counter top in the converted garage. they called to tell me that the wall way not even and they had to put a 3/4 piece of mdf behind the counter top back splash because the cabinet maker did not take in consideration the stem wall behind the cabinets bases. Next we had shutters in the house and when the dry wall fell off the ceiling it broke the wood off the window. So the handyman carpenter tried to duplicate the shutter casing and total butchered it. It was not square in our other rooms you could not see the joints and on this one you could. The dishwasher was pulled out of the opening and attempted to be re-installed by the so called plumber, it was a side mounted dish washer. So the guys installed the clips to hold it in on top and then put 2 screws per hole on the sides of the dish washer which blew the hole open and could have been a possible area in the future for a leak. this dish washer was only 6 months old when they destroyed the openings to mount it properly. We had the owner, the estimator, the construction manager all out at least 5 times for a punch list and every time they tried to fix the problems they would make new ones. Also the office staff would call a day after sending out a check for us to endorse and would harass us to sign it. These are just some of the things I can think of off the top of my head, I pretty sure I can write a book about the whole 2 month nightmare.
Wife had a battle with flip flop while reaching for break pedal and lost. She relocated the front corner of the house - garage a foot and a half back. ServiceMaster came to our house and did the estimate, and the worker started the next day. By day two he was complete. His work was phenomenal. You can not tell there was ever any damage to the house. Great Job. Contractor was more than happy to explain to me exactly what he was doing and how he was going to do it. This is a great thing because it helps me believe I have the right person fixing my house.
We had several separate problems that needed to be fixed at different times and service master was great through the whole process! They came when we needed them every time and made everything look like new!
You immediately started restoration work on our claim on Jauary 2 and 3 of 2017. Although the completed project took longer than expected due to a city emergency caused by a water main break, you still got work done at our house while working many other sites. I would recommend service master to any who have water damage or other damage to their property.Orville G. Brown
Our home was in the last day of escrow and we had a flood at 4:45 PM. Service Master was onsite w/ 3 vans and a ton of equipment within 60-90 minutes of the call. Without their quick response, the damage would have been significantly worst.Martin and his team were professional, came on time and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Thanks guys.
Worked well with the insurace company. Did good wor, honored waranty
Profoundly incompetent and unprofessional. House was water damaged and requires relatively small scale restoration and reconstruction. Cannot believe this outfit is a USAA provider. Project Supervisor does not have a grasp on managing workflow and has failed to provide any sort of repair plan after multiple requests. His incompetence is surpassed only by his rude and dismissive attitude when required to communicate any sort of work plan. Service Masters solution to date has been for us to sit home and wait in hopes of them being able to shake somebody loose to do some work. This company relies on insurance work and likely could not compete without it.
Interior dry-out and repairs after a plumbing leak. They seem to have done a good job.
Excellent service, quick and efficint.
The driver of van 51 was totally unprofessional and rude. I will never recommend this company to anyone and after the way they were disrespectful to my wife I hope that they are out of business soon!!!!
Excelent and timely work
I am please of the service. Very professional. Thank you!
Great company
Great Service
