I had a cracked screen and needed battery replacement. SD Phone Repair did an awesome job while I waited. A few days later I called Khalid concerned about the quality of the battery. Khalid was professional and courteous and took my concerns seriously. In the end I found that the battery was fine. I appreciate Khalids integrity and willingness to stand behind his service and put his customers 1st! I highly recommend SD Phone Repair!

A part of my iPhone 10 screen was unresponsive ( not cracked). I originally went to the Best Buy Genius Bar and they gave me a quote of $200 or more to get it fixed. Instead, I tried to check out a local repair shop. The person working there was very helpful, and very respectful. He diagnosed my phone there on the spot. He showed me the damage you wouldn’t normally be able to notice. He gave me the price to change the sensor which was $170 (07/03/21). It took him less than 15 minutes and I’m back to typing again- like typing this review

I walked in with a working disable phone, came out with a nonworking phone. Called the guy before I came told him the issue with the phone he said come on down got there gave him the phone he plugs it into the charger, it started charging he then took it over to the computer and plugs it in there it starts to work, it was doing everything I couldnt do on my computer to unlock my phone, then he came with ways to unlock the phone, one way was to delete everything and start over, the other way was keep everything as long as we had the code, which he asked for, he would then be able to get into it, then like and hour went by, and he took the phone apart, which I was not aware of nor did he let me know he was going to do that, he then tells me the phone is messed up and that I need to take the phone to the Apple store. Now my phone is not coming on which it was before I got there. Very upset with this company and there business. Dont recommend to anyone

Came in Christmas eve with a faulty charging phone, phone broke just before my roadtrip. I was hoping it wouldnt take long for it to get fixed. Great guy at the shop assuremed in would take about 30 minutes to get fixed and have an estimate. Came back 20 minutes later and sure enough it was fixed, the initial estimate was the right price. Advice: get a better sign to show how long you will be away form your shop, cause i was waiting over 20 mins when your sign says you will be back in 10 mins.

This place is awesome!! I called to have my Iphone repaired. It needed major parts as my husband ran it over. Front, back and camera.They were able to get the parts and have it repaired within a couple hours. So knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

First of all I have to say that aside from getting your phone repaired, while youre waiting, theres a Dominos and a liquor store right next door on each side so you could get yourself something to eat or something to drink while you wait to get your phone repaired. Great location. Second of all this shop sells contracts cases phone covers lanyards and all sorts of accessories for your phone. Also this guy is very knowledgeable and Innovative guy and hes super friendly fixes phones very quick at a reasonable price better than everywhere else, and he does it fast too. I highly recommend SD phone repair because he beats the competition everywhere else and well get you whatever you need as best you can. I have had no problems this place and Ill tell everybody about it. Five star rating for real

This place was a life saver my iPhone 6s Plus completely died on thanksgiving day. I googled where I could find a place to replaced my phone battery and this place was on the list. I call here and the gentleman answered and I told him my issue he told me to come in and he would check out my phone. I went in he helped me out right away. I was out in 10 min. Khalid, the owner, was the individual who ended up scamming me from getting my phone repaired. He replaced my broken screen with a brand new screen but the LCD was damaged. He claimed that I did the damages 2 days after I had already called telling him that my phone was still having issues. I went back to his store multiple times and was unable to assist. He offered to charge me another $230 to replace the screen because those damages werent covered under the life time warranty. I payed $230 cash because he said if I did card, he would have to charge me taxes up to $265. So I lost $230 that im unable to dispute. If you decide to get your phone repaired, go else where. I reported this to the Better business bureau which is undergoing an investigation.

Paid just under $200 for my phone to get repaired and the screen replacement that I received was a really cheap third-party knock off the screen doesnt go edge-to-edge LCD replacement did not even sit flush inside the phone anymore and the fingerprint scanner on the front does not work they would not give me a discount would not get the right part would not do anything make it right caution when using this place for service

I got charged $200 for what i thought was a good deal but my finger print/home button worked perfect even when my phone was broken and they took it out and put one that doesn’t work with finger prints and i know thats one of the valuable parts of the phone i feel like i got ripped off big time

If you want your phone fixed in minutes, as their ad says, go somewhere else. I wasted >1 hour waiting for a phone to be repaired. I returned and found K hadnt started working on my phone yet because the debit/credit machine wasnt working. He didnt call to tell me and still asked to be paid with cash. Total waste of my time.
