This place is terrible especially when you need to get something done. Customer service is useless and nobody ever gets back to you. I hate that I have to go through them because its really stressful and they dont care about your situation. Most frustrating place Ive ever had to deal with. No one ever knows anything there.

I have a very very bad experience from this group. When I remember those days, I feel the darkest times in my life.This group only works for their own families and own people.

Its most beautiful source of legal frustration and walk on the line less than 1 millimeter because of the law of the state and the country... It is a wonderful source to get job.

The housing and car repair department is time passed people they waisted my time . They work for those people that they are in walfere to work, i am one this people, I have an old car it needs repair I submitted all the paperwork and I was waiting for like 3 months, in this 3 months I wait like one month nobody responds to me, I called them to ask what’s going on, they said bring some more paper, and I brought it another, one month I wait nobody called me, I called them they said ok come and sign some paperwork in this time the guy told me that in one week we will give you your car repair money, I signed the paper then I wait 2 weeks after 2 weeks finally they call me and they said that I am not eligible for this program. If someone see this all reviews. Please this people are have no luck if they had luck they were not refugees, they should live in their country .we all need help for build our life from the ZERO in the United State .

This place is terrible to work with. Communication is non-existent and they give you the run around for getting paid or just to get a response. I’m not sure if they are a privately funded agency by the state that pay for people’s child care services, but if you are a child care provider I’d recommend you not work with this agency if you like to get paid regularly. Very unprofessional and will treat you as your not worth their time or effort. I feel for the people who have to get their child care services administered through this agency. I’d recommend switching or sticking to CDA or YMCA.

Not honest people, they utilize the very vulnerable people who dont speak English.

This is a place for people to get help through CA welfare. So their clients are people down on luck and going through a rough time and to help them back on their feet.This is not what they do. They like to give you the run around. I called almost everyday trying to get someone to call me back for 3 weeks. No one calls me back and many numbers voice mail is full.Majority of the people speak Arabic and even when they are talk about you, they will speak to other about you in Arabic. This is sooooo rude!!!!It’s sad that is Comapny gets money from the state of California the help people and they don’t seem to know how to do their job.No one had one reason why I wasn’t called back. I was just told sorry. Had an appointment today and the person wasn’t even there. I waited for over 30 mins before they even realized that.This company needs to get it together and help people. And stop being so rude to people.

They very slow to get back with you on important things but quick to tell you what to do... My only complaint is how slow they are ..

Avoid: Karen JacksonIf you know what is best for you. She is very UNknowledgeable, has no clue how to provide important information relating to your case and if you happen to bring her everything she asked you for there is something she forgot to ask for and that will happen a couple of times... It will pretty much up to you to figure how to manage your own case. It doesnt end there. Even when she obviously knows she is being unreliable and tries to make it up with meaningless banter she continues to say that she will do something unless she forgets and she seems to forget quite often.PCG get new HR or hire someone with a proven track record of the skill set you and your clients need ASAP.

I always wonder Do people even look at Googles Helpful tips such as this? Is there a zero rating? Because I dont believe this people diserve a one. Warning: If you are Childcare Provider never come here. They will treat you like sh***. They have good customers agents (who by the way are the only people you will see working everyday) but the case workers are the real problem. They hate coming to this place, hate providing service for those who deal anything with childcare providing, and worst of all careless. Even though, some of them are really nice. To avoid getting such case workers, post your case worker and rate him/her regardless of where the location is. Finally, this is place where racism plays a role.

If you receive a case worker, they will leave before you even meet them. Nobody will notify you so you wont receive any important information, any moneys owed, etc. I have had nothing but problems with them since the beginning, on their end. I comply with everything they say yet Im still waiting 16+ days for a bus pass. What a joke.

These people never answer the phone or return calls!!!! There is no point in leaving messages on the voicemail. You literally have to go to the office to talk to anyone.

I am a PCG client. I strongly satisfy with the services have been offered to me by my case worker (Salman, Wael). He is very vigilant to respond to clients emails, text messages, and phone calls. He is very accurate to meet clients on times. Moreover, He usually explains all the issues related to my case. He treat clients with courtesy and respect. Eventually, I fully satisfy with PCG to chose the right and successful staff to offer excellent services.

The staff is knowledgeable and professional. This program is great and they have resources that are so helpful,they pay for childcare, transportation, and they helped me get caught up on my sdge bill. I am so grateful. I have had two ETA workers, Samantha and Alica both of them were great, they explain everything clearly and answer any questions you might have. I am hoping to get the most out of the program that I can. I think the whole concept and expected outcome of this program is ingunis!! I dont usually leave reviws but for this particular establishment I feel its nessary for one to give a shout of to the incredible staff,and for two because when I went to orientation some of the people attending were going into it with a negative attitude, like it was a waste of their time, and the program is not going to benefit them. ATTITUDE is everything so with that being said this program can really benefit people, if you go in willing to work the program take advantage of all the help and keep a positive attitude and open mind and believe in yourself.. With the help of this program and working with your ETA you can change change your life for the better by finding a career or furthering your education for a better job (: thanks for reading!

Very bad experience very bad customer service they give out checks to people with no money in account and we trying to call them and they never answer the phone there is a lady her name is Gina Lee I contacted her five times and left a voice mail and she never answer or call back I don’t recommend those people at all very unprofessional
