Today was the third time I have had work done at this location. Mike is fair and honest. I was recommended to this business originally by a friend who worked at a prestigious car dealership. My friend, a service rep, told me that this was where the dealership took cars that needed upholstery work. Recently when I had work done on my car at another dealership, the service rep there had noticed a tear in the upholstery. When paying for the service, he mentioned El Cajon Auto Trim and I told him I had an appointment for the following week. This business does quality work recognized by large reputable dealerships. A previous reviewer mentioned being told to come back in a couple of weeks. This is a small business. Make an appointment and your job will be done quickly and expertly. I highly recommend El Cajon Auto Trim.

Exelant service. Fast, on schedule, and they even stayed late so I could pick up my 2012 mustang GT. I was really tired of driving the rental. I would absolutely recommend them.

Place was amazing love what they did with the place

I was referred by my mechanic to fix the seat in my car. I didnt feel welcome its like they didnt want to fix my car they told me to get back with them in couple weeks ! I wont recommend to anyone unless they learn some customer service skill !
