Pay Low reached out to me via text when I was searching for car insurance offering me a low rate. I was somewhat dubious and inundated with other options. They were polite and helpful offered to call me. I ended up speaking to their agent Saif for almost 30 minutes. He worked his magic and got me an impressively low rate with excellent coverage. Saif answered all my questions. I got off the call with a better understanding of car insurance as a whole. I’m a happy tough customer. The experience exceeded my expectations for buying car insurance. Highly recommended.

Honest insurance agency. I was with an agency in downtown San Diego before I drove past pay low. I walked in and all the agents were attentive with a great attitude. They were able to write me with a company by the name of infinity at a much more affordable price than what I was paying. It is about $82 cheaper. The service is great and I appreciate Ashleys constant attentiveness to my policy, and always letting me know whenever I need to do something!

Great agency to work with. I have two policies with them one commercial and one auto. Ive talked to a few agents that were very sweet. Ashley is always on top of my policy letting me know when I have a payment due or if my company requires any paperwork. Shes sweet and very patient with me! Such a great agency. I have had my policy for a few months now. At first I wanted to wait on a review but its been a good amount of time to judge now. Before I started I was shopping around for a while. I’m young and don’t have the best record but I don’t know about insurance so mostly tried to get insurance with State Farm, wawanesa, etc. I filled out a quote online and Miguel called me before I was done filling it out and taught me everything I needed to know. They found a great company for me at a low rate even with my accidents! Great service and very on top of everything. Even when I miss my monthly payments they give me a call right away to make sure my policy doesn’t cancel. Would highly recommend.

Scam artists- didn’t get me the right insurance

This is the best insurance agency I have dealt with. I have had a stress free visit with my man Govanni, and I can’t even explain how quick and efficient my time was with him.
