Great prices and customer service.

They are giving me the run around. Saying my car is totaled, and trying to take possession of it without giving me a cost to repair, or what they value my car at. When I ask for an explanation of these things, they transferred me around, gave me numbers to call, and leave a message. The adjuster who called me to inform me they wanted to pick up my car to prevent any further damage to it even though hes decided to total it told me it wasnt his job to explain anything. Just wow. No words...

Fred Loya is the worst in insurance. Dont take my word. Ask any collision center which insurance is the worst according to accidents and repairs. Stay away and pay a little extra to get at least some decent service .

It is the worst insurance they can take in never ever ever have the slightest intention of visiting Fred Loya insurance is disgusting. I canceled my policy because of its very bad reputation and when I asked for my refund they did not return everything and it took me more than 15 days to give me my refund by check when I paid by card, the secretary who attended to me cheated told me lies so that I will pay the policy, after I paid the policy she told me that the price had risen and that I had to pay more, so I decided to cancel it at that time and she told me that in 5 days they would make my return for $ 111 that I and now it turns out they sent me a $ 103 check,Fred Loya insurance is a very insurance, when I need them once they never helped me
