An absolute dream to work with! They got our jet boat covered on our way to the river back in July. Unfortunately a few months later a drunk driver struck our boat while it was parked out front of our home. If I could rate this office at 0 stars I would. My insurance went up over $70 per month and when I called I was assured by Katie that she would relay my issues to Nikki and that Nikki would be in contact with me. That was on a Tuesday. On Friday I called back and Katie said that Nikki called and left me a voice message. I did not have any missed calls or voice messages. Katie said she would call me before she left Friday evening to give me an update. She did not call me. On Tuesday I still had not received a call so I called Nikkis office for a third time. Katie told me again that Nikki not only called me but she emailed me as well. I again had zero missed calls and zero voice messages from Nikki. I did not have an email from her either. Nikki finally called me late in the afternoon, a week after I originally called to speak with her. When I addressed all of my original concerns (that Katie told me she spoke with Nikki about) Nikki seemed to have no idea about them and then told me she had to call the home office to find the answers. The only answers she had for me right then was that I lost my good drivers discount because of an accident I had in September of 2016. I lost my safe driving discount in October of 2017, so why did I not lose my good driving discount as well (Nikki couldnt answer that). I also no longer got my bundle discount since I no longer had homeowners insurance (which I cancelled in March of 2017 when I sold my home). I called Nikki and cancelled that a year ago. Nikki could not explain to me why any of that happened in the manner that it did. When Nikki finally called me back and told me that Farmers had the wrong license on file for me I again voiced my frustrations with her. She told me that she had recently had a baby so she wasnt always in the office. That is not a reason for her staff to lie to me. My phone number has been the same and hasnt changed and neither has my email in the 7+ years I have been with Farmers. When I told Nikki that Geico and Progressive were both $100 less than what she was telling me I had to pay she asked me Would you rather deal with an 800 number or have an agent to talk to directly? Well I would much rather call an 800 number for Progressive or Geico and get my answers right away than deal with an office that seems to not care about their clients and tends to blow them off. As a loyal Farmers Insurance customer I am sad to say that I will no longer be using them and I sure as hell will not be recommending Nikki any longer.

Extremely trustworthy insurance agent. Knows her stuff and is great if you have toys like boats, atvs, rvs, dirt bikes, etc...
