We ordered our kitchen granite and backsplash through this store. Our granite was installed without any issues through a local third party company. They use Cooper Installation Services for the backsplash and we ended up canceling the order. They were suppose to install today and never showed up. We called Home Depot and they never could get through to anyone to find out what was going on. Horrible customer service. We still have no idea why this happened and have no backsplash in our kitchen. Very disappointing. We did receive a full refund but we really wanted our kitchen renovation to be finished!
