I’ve been looking for a pool company just like this one since we purchased our home with an inground. We have had ongoing issues with a liner install from a previous company. Darren was available to fit me in within 2 days of contact, communicated with me the day of the appointment. When he and his crew showed up they immediately took charge of the situation and knew exactly how to fix my problem. Not only that, they checked for leaks when he noticed some spots for free. He also found some other issues with the liner and was able to get the entire liner warrantied! I’m blown away by the professionalism and knowledge he has of his industry and above and beyond he went to make sure my pool was fixed *right*. We will never use or recommend any other pool company besides pool sharks. Awesome job guys! Thank you so much

Yesterday was my first time using Pool Sharks but definitely not my last. Darren called me back almost instantaneously and despite the 16° weather, he came out to check the weird noise on my pool pump and tighten a few leaks. With the next 10 days being below freezing, I was slightly freaking out. Darren calmed me down, checked out my equipment, and made me feel safer going into this next week of Antarctica-like weather.

Darren and his son went above and beyond changing out my sand. They also helped me haul away my old heater, they were also very professional and weel worth the money. I recommend them to anyone!

Installation of new equipment was done incorrectly and incompletely.Ended up with broken lateral lines in the pool filter allowing sand to leak into my pool on a daily basis. In addition, have had to hire an additional pool company to fix the current issues along with correctly program the automated equipment / panel that Darren was not capable of doing.Only reason Pool Sharks received “one star” is because you can’t post without a rating!Buyer beware - you’ve been warned!
