Bruce Piano helped our family move an heirloom piano down from Oklahoma to Texas. (The piano was built in 1935 by my great-great-great grandfathers piano/recording company in Richmond, Indiana!) Movers were very friendly and professional and took great care of our treasure. Setup was smooth and quick! After hearing from several trusted friends who used this company, I was excited to contract with them to move two pianos for us. However, over the course of four business days, when they did not respond to four emails and two phone calls, we cancelled and went with another company. I would not recommend them. That is no way to do business.
Professional technicians with a clear understanding of the complexities of the instrument. My 1927 rebuilt Steinway needed additional work to bring it to its full potential. I enjoyed playing it before the work was done, but knew that it could be more even in its response and tone. Jordan knew what steps to take to make that happen and had the piano in wonderful condition within a week.Wonderful service, friendly and reliable. I called to ask about moving a piano we had just purchase, they were able to set up a time the very next day. Communication was great throughout, the movers wore masks inside our house at our request, they were extremely careful and professional and we couldnt have been more pleased. One of the gentlemen even looked up some information about the piano we had just purchased and shared it with us :)

Unfortunately, our interactions with Jordan have been poor. In my opinion, hes more interested in selling one of his pianos than helping others move or tune their own pianos. After talking to someone who was buying my piano, they cancelled the purchase with me and bought one from him.

My wife and I purchased a piano from Bruce Music based on a referral from a friend. I was originally skeptical, and because there was some confusion with their Saturday hours, we almost missed them the day we went to look at pianos to buy one. However, we caught up with them and ended up getting in to look at the pianos on the floor, and they allowed us (including our kids) to try them out, and find one that we love the feel, the sound, and the look. They delivered it to us all the way in Lawton, set it all up, and then came and tuned it once the humidity leveled out and everything settled into the house. They did not hard sell us, or push us into any piano. I am a former salesman, and I did not feel sold by Bruce Music. They simply allowed us to listen to and feel the pianos, and gave us a great deal on the one we loved.Simply put, we would definitely recommend Bruce Music to friends, colleagues, random people on the street, or anyone who might ask. Their customer service is stellar, they are personable, they dont just sell a piano to you. They have a passion for pianos, and they help you find the right one for you. They love pianos, and youll love their pianos, too! We did not realize how great the experience of buying a piano can be, but Bruce Music really made this experience great for us. Thank you all!
Ive had Gary of Bruce Music repair and maintain multiple grand pianos and uprights for the church I worked at. He always did good work within the time frame that he promised (sometimes even quicker than promised). He never pressured me into services and I always felt like he gave me more than he charged me for. Plus, he just an all-around great guy. Highly recommend these guys!
Jordan was very kind and easy to work with. They did a wonderful job delivering my piano and setting it up. There was not one bump, nick, or scratch to either piano or home. After the piano was acclimated, Jordan came back and tuned it up. The piano (Hallet Davis Grand 148) sounds great. I am happy with both the purchase and the service. Had an appointment with this company to move a piano. Made the appointment a week prior. No show! No call! Called the business and neither of the employees wanted to give info. Told me to call the cell phone of Mr Bruce and only got voicemail. Had to scramble to get another company to move the piano and they were perfect! Would not ever recommend this company!
I personally dont play the piano but he sold me an awesome guitar. Great guy, calm, to the point about stuff. I like people like he is. His demeanor makes you calm and if your buying something, relaxed too! 👍🏼😃

Gary the owner is by far one of the friendliest, personal, and professional people I have dealt with since I have started getting back into music. I have frequented a lot of different music stores throughout Oklahoma, this is one of the good ones. I stopped by today, had a more than pleasant experience and got scheduled for a piano tuning even living in Stillwater. Bruce is very knowledgable and a master of pianos just listening to him is enough to learn a thing or two. The shop has a great selection of both new and refurbished pianos. I believe he does the refurbishing himself because he allowed me to look in the workshop and I was blown away. By both the number of pianos and how in depth he is into pianos, it was awe inspiring. I would recommend anyone who enjoys pianos and music to stop by here. Also would recommend Bruces piano for any and everything piano repair and/or maintenance. As parents who didnt know what was a good or bad piano, it was a blessing to have Jordan Bruce assist us with our moves and tuning of our piano. I will not look for any other piano guy as long as he is in the business. If you want someone you can trust, who is a true pro in the industry and who will be fair, look no further. Go to him BEFORE you buy your piano from the garage sale or off of the internet......please. You will not be disappointed.
I had a scheduled tuning for my piano. Got appointment reminders and email correspondence, but then no one showed. I left voicemails and texts, with no response even a week later. Real disappointment.
I am a local music teacher and have had excellent experiences with Bruce Music. Both Jordan Bruce and Gary Bruce have been more than generous with their time and customer service in answering my questions. They have tuned several of my pianos and have always done a fantastic job sometimes even adding minor repairs free of charge. I have shopped everywhere to purchase/rent pianos and their prices are the best in OKC.

They were great when they moved our piano. We scheduled our piano to be tuned a week after the move. When the day of the appointment came, we got an email reminder from them. However, they never showed up. I waited a few hours to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they never came. I called them to ask what was going on, and the lady that answered said someone from the front office would call me back. Its been weeks, but nobody has tried reaching out to us, besides generic automated email reminding us our piano needs to be tuned... Pretty disappointed with our experience, and well be reaching out to someone else for our tuning.

We were looking around on Craigslist for an antique piano and found one we really liked. But before we pulled the trigger we checked with Bruce Piano and they said they had one in better condition that they would clean up, repair, move and tune for less than the Craigslist option we found. So we pulled the trigger. I told them our house had two difficult separate staircases to traverse and they could look to see which one they wanted to pick to move the piano into our home. They came out and actually pointed out that I had a third staircase I had forgotten about. Since then the piano has worked beautifully. Service and communication were fantastic. We will continue to suggest them to our friends and family.

Jordan delivered a us 60 kawai piano to me on 12-6-15 a sunday and did a wonderful job with the delivery. was on time and the piano was delivered in perfect shape. I also should mention that it was about 180 miles to southeast okla. jordan is a very nice person to deal with and the piano is very nice. highly recommend bruce music store for all of your musical needs.
