Weve been going to Cornerstone for years now and have been very happy. Weve done our evaluations, behavioral therapy, and social skills groups and have no complaints.
Was confused when a Emily Jimenez contacted me about a job interview that wasnt even scheduled yet. I suspect drugs, because in the healthfield appointments are priority. Ill be contacting the BBB.Update: I informed Miss Jimenez that i was very not interested in the job after the assumptions she made about an appointment (when she decided to call me randomly after i declined the interview because of the obvious lack in integrity) she could have wasted less of my time and energy for, as well as spent more of her time on work for, had she simply checked back on her e-mails. I assume time is precious there considering the hasty assumption and the forgetfulness to just quickly check back on her own work before involving an innocent person. I pray this office gets better values & sees to it that each and every employee understands those Values, including Miss Jimenez.
Such an amazing office. Every employee is extremely helpful and so a great job of providing the highest quality of care to each of their patients! I highly recommend any therapy service this facility offers!!
Made an appointment 6 weeks ago for a child in my care that needed to be seen. This company was told during the process that the best way to contact us for confirmation was via the e-mail address that I had provided and then I gave them the proper spelling of the name. It was confirmed by one of the employees that there was a mistake with the email address and they sent my confirmation emails to the wrong address, due to a spelling error. Then I proceeded to get on the phone with Dr. Gotcher who thought it was best to say that all mistakes in this were my fault repeatedly. This man absolutely refused to take any ownership of the mistakes made by the staff but wanted to act like I was in the wrong completely and then question why someone would be angry.
They really need to check the mental health of their staff. They made mistakes that led to a very hard to get appointment, that took months to get, and so many hoops jumped through, to be cancelled by their staff. All because the person taking contact information still wasnt able to spell a name correctly after being corrected 3 times. For some reason, unlike every other business that Ive dealt with that never cancels appointments if you dont follow up before showing up, they are so dead set on making a buck that if there is any doubt in their mind you will show they will cancel your appointment, and fill the slot immediately. Then due to the fact that they made a mistake, which they absolutely tried their hardest to blame on anyone but themselves, you have to start all over somewhere else. Not like planning appointment with a house full of children that need to be taught from home, and someone who needs to somehow work full time to pay bills and put food on the table in the middle of pandemic isnt hard enough. These people a beacon of the pathetic state of our mental healthcare system. They should be ashamed of themselves.
The staff and and Dr. were rude and like to hang up on people
