Purchased the weed care plan and included the flower bed for an additional charge. Ive had to call them out multiple times for the flower bed and now Ive given up. We sold the house so its no longer my problem but they just came out a week ago and still have lots of weeds in the bed. This was my first yard treatment company to use and will be my last.

I had Spring green in Edmond treat my yard for one year. I had bermuda in the back and front. The technician they sent out put fescue seed in the back yard and now the majority of my yard is dirt. When I sent pictures to the company their suggestion was I need to go buy saud and put it down

This was my first year to use Spring-Green Lawn Care, they did an exceptional job. As you can guess I will be using them from now on. They always sent me a text to let me know they would be here the next day, if the weather turned out to be bad they would send me another text to let me know. Any time I had a question they were always more than willing to help me. Always left me a note on what they did and when & if I needed to water the application in.

A Spring-Green tech walked into my backyard unannounced at 7:55 this morning. I did not receive advance notification they were coming by. No phone call. No text. He said he had tried my front door, but my Nest cam doorbell did not show him coming to my front door. He entered my yard without my approval and did not notify me he was there. I had JUST gotten out of my hot tub and was adjusting my robe. His apology? Ah. Sorry. Ah sorry. Wont be using you guys again and do not recommend.

This is the first year I have used Soring-Green. But so far, my yard is looking good!

Beginning of this year I received an ad from Spring Green, the price and the steps of treatment looks good, then I checked the reviews and I saw all the high ratings and I instantly signed up. I believe I got 4 or 5 treatments but the grass didnt look good at all. On the third or the 4th treatment, it was the fertilizer treatment and I am no kidding this guy done in 5 minutes (because I have the front and the back camera) and I see that lazy work results on the grass (some areas healthy/grow fast). One of the step included in the treatment is the free inspection, and that was done in 2 minutes, on the back camera I see a head from the corner checking my entire backyard and I believe to them this is considered as inspection. Since I was not satisfied, i stopped the service.

Ive only had two treatments but so far I really like Spring Green! If Im a dummy and forget to take the lock off my gate they are very quick to reschedule and get out there for my next yard treatment. They are always pleasant to speak too and their techs are friendly as well! Will continue to reccomend as long as this stays the status quo.

I selected this company based on the ratings. They started servicing my lawn this year. The service has been terrible. I noticed that they didn’t always treat my lawn when they claimed. When they did treat it the job was consistently incomplete and half done. I’ve even observed the young man to run through with his little sprayer in less than 5 minutes, and my yard is fairly large. Despite my home security video cameras as evidence of missed services the company ignored my concerns. Each time I raised concerns their excuse is was “gate was locked”. I am flabbergasted by such dishonesty. My gate was never locked. In fact, I don’t have any locks on my gate at all and no dogs. I don’t appreciate a company who has no interest or desire to resolve customer concerns. More importantly, when a company constantly make excuses for their poor services, trustworthiness is out the window.

I actually picked this company based on the reviews over a year ago. I was using Agra Lawn and JYs Total Lawn Care, Inc. before and getting no results and poor customer service. After just a few applications they had my yard in great shape. Dan is great and very helpful. Survived a winter with dogs running on it with no mud since the turf was so thick and healthy. Price wouldnt even matter give the quality of work and service but you even better priced or matched others. Change your serve now you wont be disappointed.

I’ve always had lawn care and a descent looking yard. With other companies I have settled with brown spots and missed weeds here and there. Since switching to Spring Green two years ago those spots have greened up and I rarely see a weed. My lawn looks better than it ever has. The sod on our newly built house was laid at a bad time of the year and looked terrible. It only took a couple of visits from Spring Green to get our lawn looking healthy and happy!
