Experience 10/10! I went to Dr. Panchal to get facial stitches after an accident and I could not be happier with the entire experience. He is so genuine and was very gentle in handling the procedure. He was detailed in his communication about the procedure and how I needed to handle the after care. I felt very informed and cared for. His care for his practice and his patients shine through in his work. I have since had my stitches removed and my face is healing beautifully with promise of minimal or no scarring due to his precise stitching.

I got surgery here almost 3 months ago, happy with how the procedure went but his staff is awful! If I wasnt so desperate to get this surgery I would have never given this place my money. Very first phone call with the receptionist she was extremely rude until she realized I had money in hand & was ready to fill the next cancellation date. The Dr. came off as arrogant but seemed like he knew what he was talking about, his post op pictures were good and he could get me in sooner then anyone in the area due to a cancellation. I got lipo and a BBL, everything I saw online from post opp massages, not being able to sit on your butt for an extended time, and a BBL pillow he did not recommend. When I asked him about it he laughed and said there was no real studies behind it. I did these things anyways & healed nicely minus an area in my lower abdomen that seems to be a buildup of scar tissue that ill ask about at my 3 month post opp. I called today to ask to reschedule my appointment, the receptionist asked about 10:45 am, I asked if we could do 11:00 and she laughed obnoxiously and responded Okay Nikole, we can do 11! Im interested in getting more work done but this place will not be getting any more of my money.

I am a post-bariatric surgery (Gastric Sleeve) patient with a total weight loss of 126 pounds. I was happy with my weight loss, but self-conscious about the loose skin that was left behind. Thats when I started looking for a plastic surgeon. Since I live in the Tulsa area, I began my search locally. I interviewed numerous plastic surgeons in the Tulsa area and was not comfortable with any of them. I then started to search the OKC area and found Dr. Panchal and his staff at Genesis Plastic Surgery. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt right at home. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and Dr. Panchal has a warm bedside manner that just made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I knew I had found the right plastice surgeon for my surgical needs. Yes, it was an hour and 45 minute drive from Tulsa, but knowing that I was in the best hands for my surgery was well worth the drive. One thing that really stood out about Dr. Panchal is the way he talked to me. He truly listened to my concerns about my body, what I really wanted, and did not try to talk me into other procedures like so many of the other surgeons I interviewed did. He sat on a chair at my eye-level and explained all procedures and expectations clearly. In April of 2019, Dr. Panchal performed a lower body lift, liposuction of my flanks, abdomen, and inner thighs, and fat transfer to my buttocks. Dr. Panchal provided me with his personal cell number (not an answering service) and called multiple times to check on me following the procedure. I could not be more pleased with the results of my procedure! In December 2020, I had a breast lift with small augmentation and brachioplasty done concurrently. Once again, the results of the surgery were absolutely wonderful. I now feel confident about my body and feel 15 years younger and healthier. This is a lengthy review but well deserved. I have dreamed of getting a rhinoplasty since I was a preteen. I finally got it done with Dr. Panchal and am very pleased. Dr. Panchal informed me of the procedure, recovery, and realistic expectations of my outcome. I appreciated that Dr. Panchal sculpted a more refined version of my nose as opposed to a cookie cutter ski slope nose that looks artificial. I interviewed several plastic surgeons for the revision of my breast augmentation and lift. Dr. Panchal has done three procedures on me, all years apart. However, the latest was the greatest. A FACELIFT. I was so nervous about the results. We have all seen the BAD ones on TV. I look so much younger. I find my husband looking at me again with that look in his eye. It was practically painless; truly. The recovery is what you would imagine; but I would do it over again in a heartbeat. I feel so much more confident. When I look in the mirror I am so excited. The staff is fantastic. It’s something I used to do with another doctor but haven’t kept up with in recent years. Not once did Dr. Panchal or his staff try to get me to purchase any other products or even suggest anything other than what I asked for. They will not try to “up-sell” you which is a plus. Anyway, I asked about it and ended tried Newtox for the first time (similar to Botox). It’s cheaper but does the exact same thing. The entire experience was completely different than the other place I used to go (I won’t name names). It was not painful at all. Dr. Panchal talked to me about my expectations and my budget to help me decide what’s best for me, and the results are amazing!If you are considering having anything done, you should set up a consultation with Dr. Panchal at a minimum. You won’t regret it!

After many years of losing weight I was finally at a stable weight that I was comfortable with. I called to schedule a consultation and Tammy was so helpful answering some questions I had prior to meeting Dr Panchal. I met with Dr. Panchal and he asked me what bothers me the most. I love that he didn’t tell me what I should have done however he did guide me in the direction in needed to go. He took the time to answer all the questions I had and he explained exactly what he would do as well as aftercare. He instantly made me feel comfortable and that he was the right surgeon for me. I told him he had performed a reconstruction surgery on my moms face after skin cancer and he automatically remembered her and grabbed his book to show the nurse what he had done to my mom. I couldn’t believed he remembered after 9 years!!We decided the best start for me was a tummy tuck, breast lift and lipo of the flanks. Surgery went great! I had surgery on Tuesday 8/6/19 and stayed one night at the surgery center. Dr Panchals office called and texted to check on me constantly. He even personally called on Sunday to see how I was feeling. If I had a question I could text them and would get an answer back within minutes. I absolutely love his compassion and his ability to look at my body as a blank slate and create such a difference. In October during one of my follow up appointments I told him what else bothered me about my body. We scheduled an arm lift, thigh lift, and breast implants for November 17, 2019. He showed me what he would do to remove skin on both my arms and thighs. The only thing I wasn’t sure on was what size of implant I wanted. He took several pictures of me and then did the 3D software to decide what size implant for me. I’m so glad I let him be the one to decide! I didn’t have many questions at this point because I have complete trust in him and his team. Surgery went great and I went home same day. Follow up was the same as previous surgery. Anyone who is on the fence on having plastic surgery needs to talk Dr. Panchal. I could go on and on about how much I love what he’s done for me and how much they care about their patients. His office is so comfortable to be in and you never have to wait long at an appointment. He has changed my confidence and I won’t ever be able to express my gratitude. I received excellent service from Tiffany Bankston, P.A. I was nervous about receiving my “first ever” Botox injections, but her knowledge, experience and demeanor made me feel right at ease. She explained the various injectables to me so I could make an informed choice on which product I wanted to use. She also explained the “units” and examined my face thoroughly to determine the right amount to use. When it came time for the actual injections, she was comforting and nurturing as I’m sure she sensed my nervousness. She was gentle and kind and I could tell she knew what she was doing. After it was over, I realized I was nervous for no reason!! The results were great; she hit all the right places! I won’t let anyone else touch my face! I’ll definitely be seeing her again!Also, the office is beautiful and the office staff was quite friendly.

Dr. Panchal performed an upper eye lift on me in April of 2018. The procedure was quick, relatively painless and I had a quick and non eventful recovery. I am more than pleased with the results. Dr. Panchal and his staff are professional, kind, and attentive to the needs of their patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Panchal for any self improvements on your wish list!

Dr. Panchal is truly an amazing doctor. He did beyond a great job with my breast augmentation. His staff is also phenomenal and make me and even my kids feel like were at home. Dr. Panchal is that type of doctor that will call you on a Sunday to make sure you are doing ok after your procedure. I cant recommend him enough!!!!

I had upper blepharoplasty(eyelids) in the office with Dr Panchal and am extremely happy with my results. The relaxing atmosphere and kindness of Doctor and his staff helped this procedure along with the recovery being simple. There was little to no downtime. If it seems like your eyes look tired, droopy, or can’t see your eyeshadow these are good indications that you could benefit from this procedure. Dr Panchal is genuine and truly cares for his patients.

Had TT 8 weeks ago and I can say I had almost zero pain due to the Exparel. Of course there was discomfort but not enough to have to take pain medication. That was amazing!! Dr. Panchal has been my choice for injectibles (Botox & Dysport- very similar results; Radiesse, Bellafill, Sculptra) for the past 7 years or so; he’s knowledgeable, well trained & acts conservatively on your behalf which I find invaluable. If you think you want a certain product & he does not believe it will enhance your appearance, he’s honest about it. I totally trust him & he has a great staff. I’m always in & out of his office in 20-45 minutes, with less than a 5 minute wait to be taken back. If I need an emergency session, some event, they manage to get me in. When I’m ready for a neck or face lift, Dr. Panchal will be my choice.

I had the Naturale Facelift procedure in April 2018 .... WHAT A WONDERFUL DIFFERENCE!!! Now I love the way I look and I would do it all over again with Dr. Panchal. Before I made my decision, I went to several other plastic surgeons to check on the different procedures available. I chose Dr. Panchal because I liked the idea of having the choice of either going to the hospital or having the lift done in the office. I did have it done in the office, it turned out perfect and I would absolutely suggest to anyone who is considering the Naturale Facelift to go for it. My eyes, my face and neck all look so much better, it is hard to believe. Also, the office is Great and Tammy, at the front desk, is so helpful!!! I tell my friends and family, if you go to Dr. Panchal you will not have any regrets ... Wonderful Experience!!! Hope this helps. Believe me ... Very little pain involved, down time is minimal and the results are FABULOUS. So, get the appointment and go in to see for yourself ... Dont put it off any longer ... You will be glad you did!!

Dr informed me that at this time he was not willing to do any work because my BMI was too high. He never looked at what I had wanted done. There was no discussion.

The doctor I saw in Edmond was not Panchal, but a woman and I cant find her name on the website other than she is African American. The specials shown on the website are very misleading. I was coming in for a skin consultation which on the website said was free for a certain summer month. The secretary however required a $75 consult free to be prepaid over the phone before coming in in the event that we would be discussing their fraxel services which I had no clue was that was about. Regardless, I paid the 75 because I was desperate to be seen by someone who could help address my skin needs which were acne scars. The doctor I saw was extremely nice and welcoming on the first visit but was quick to prescribe me a very strong strength of hydroquinone. I had no clue how to use this medication until later reading about it on the internet and how if you use it wrong you really can mess your skin up. The secretary told methat clients are put on it for two months before proceeding to do any expensive skin treatments like fraxel, whatever that is. I was desperate to try anything and started using the medication which was expensive but did fade some of the scars - however it left a halo ring which now makes my face worse. After coming back to see her for a follow up she was claiming how the medication really did fade my scar but not completely and I still had questions about what to do, especially about the rings that were left on my face now. She was not as pleasant as the first visit and was quick to shove me out of her office while I still had questions and recommended I see a dermatologist now to address my skin care needs since she felt unqualified to further treat me. She gave me the feeling that she probably shouldnt have prescribed me this. So now what? I came to you for help and you saw that what you prescribed messed up my face and now Im left running in circles again. Dont go here. I cant imagine patients who undergo real plastic surgery treatments at this place and what happens to them if they dont get the results they are looking for. The website is misleading and the professionals here are questionable. I am back to where I started and I do not recommend this place. Looking back on my hydroquinone bottle the doctor who prescribed it says Jay Panchal, but I didnt see him so she may indeed just be working for him at this location. Anyways, Im screwed and so is my face.

We first met Dr Panchal 19 years ago when our son was born with a cleft lip and palate. We did not know he was going to be born with this birth defect because it did not show up on the ultrasound. Once he was born and we worked through all the feeding problems, the search began for the most qualified plastic surgeon. All the research led to Dr Panchal, even though we live in Tulsa. He has done several surgeries on our son, with the first one being at 3 months of age. Fast forward 19 years and he has done a rhinoplasty on our son that is the last surgery he will need for his cleft lip and palate. So thankful to have found him! Each surgery has had an incredible outcome and Dr Panchal has always been available for any questions or concerns we have had. He is truly the most compassionate and caring doctor and treats his patients like family. Thank you, Dr Panchal and staff for being so wonderful! We would recommend him to anyone!
