Do Not get this product! It is a scam. Once they have your money no one will return your calls or fix any damage they did. I made the grave mistake of paying the salesman, Carlos Jimenez, upfront when he assured me that the product would be installed correctly and any issues I had would be rapidly addressed. I even told him of a concern I had about how close my gutter was to my front door which opens out. He said it would be no problem. Immediately after installation we discovered that the door could not open even the normal amount for someone to come in or leave my house without hitting the gutter. There were also two large Dents and scrapes on my brand new gutter that the installer must have made. I immediately called the salesman and he said they would send someone out and fix it the next day which they did NOT do . I then called the corporate leaf filter who said they would send someone out next the following week which they did NOT do . the installer who put in the leaf filter is not responding to my texts and my salesman is not responding to my calls, texts, or emails. I wish I had never purchased this product . My only option now is to remove the door. Attached is a pic of my brand new gutter now dented and scratched.

Leaf Filter installed screens on my gutters with amazing professionalism and speed.

We had the LeafFilter gutter system installed. From the time they came to our home to the installation the gentlemen were very professional and clearly explained the system and answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable having the at our home.

Quick and clean. The Tech explained what he would do, then set about completing the job. He even had me inspect his work, explaining what was done, and the area was left clean and tidy! Thanx Leaf Filter.

Upon doing some spring cleaning chores, I noted one of the metal screens had bowed up from the plastic portion of the leaf guard. It was in a section that required getting up on the roof. I called the company since I did not wish to get on the roof. The company quickly responded and the issue was resolved with a minor adjustment at no charge. James also walked around the roof to be sure there were no other issues. I remain a happy customer.

The salesman Tim, was not pushy, easy to work with. Lee the installer did a first class job. He was very pleasant and very meticulous. It became obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and methodical. He cleaned up so well you wouldnt know he was ever there.

Be careful of their pressure sales tactics! They sent a high pressure sales person to my house and when he finished his pitch and I told him that Ill think about it he continued to push to get the deal signed right there on the spot. Like the other reviewer said Keep saying no and eventually they will offer you cost pricing. For me it was $4070 and the cost pricing after he called somebody was $1190. Another bad sales gimmick. He also told me Im lying to him in his face etc. about why I do not want to sign the deal right there and then. Nobody should be pressured or bullied into signing anything. Might some people just sign to avoid conflict? I dont know but its not good for business in my humble opinion.

Just had product installed today. Installer(Brian) arrived promptly and started working immediately. He was fast and efficient and answered all questions in a professional and friendly manner. He made sure all down spouts were clear of any clogs and left the job site clean. 5 stars for Brian, will rate product after next good rain

Clean and quick installation at a cost lower than I expected!

Needed our gutters overhauled so tried these guys based on their television ads. Very good and quick service, knowledgeable estimator and tech and the product, though a little high priced, seems to be working very well after a month of heavy rain and storms. Were happy!

Decent product, terrible sales and installation process. Their price starts out around $35 per linear foot but theyll drop it to about $10 per linear foot installed. The sales people are trained to lie to the consumer in the sales process. Every person you deal with is a subcontractor, even though they tell you none of them are. No matter what you pay for the product the installers are only paid about $1 per foot so they have very little incentive to put any extra effort into the process. The only way they make money is by doing multiple installs every day which leads to your install leaving a lot to be desired. If after reading their business practices you decide still want their product, just keep telling them no until they leave. They will start at a very high price offer several discounts, one of which they will make a fake phone call or text to their boss and ask him if they can use the leftover material from a commercial job they just completed. When you hear that phone call at least youre getting closer to the lowest price. Keep saying no and eventually they will offer you cost pricing. If its any more than $12 per foot, keep saying no.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. I am very happy with the looks of the product. However, the installer failed to follow up on a promise and forgot to bring the warranty card with him. I have made 3 phone calls and still have not received my warranty card. Not happy at all with the customer service after sale.

This is the worst decision I have ever made in my life. The first guy that came out did not do anything he was supposed to do correctly. He did such a bad job they fired him. They have since been out 8 additional times and it has been almost two months and they have still not completed the job correctly yet. They tried to leave multiple times saying the job was completed when it was not. They did not initially silicon seal anything when I clearly paid for that on the contract. They also installed one new section of gutter and they installed a piece that was to short. I am still waiting to hear from them after over a week to install the correct length of gutter. I would highly avoid this company. They even charged me before the job was completed. I have now paid two payments and still the job is not done. This feels like fraud to me. I will include some pictures of the initial poorly done job. They have been coming out to fix it but it should have been done correctly the first time instead of wasting 9 of my days. I could have done this myself faster than the time I have wasted with this company. Do not do business with them.

The gutter guards seen to work OK. The installation job was fair to good. The installer did not have the end pieces that were shown in the brochure I received. He just left the screening longer and tucked it down inside the end. He caulked all but one and it looks better than all the rest. I would liked to have received the factory ends.

My wife and I visited their booth at the remodeling show in OKC. I was looking forward to having about 20 ft done where we have a large pine tree. I got a call and they were pretty insistent that both my wife and I were at the home for the quote. Im retired and don;t have enough to do but she works a varying schedule, I didnt think she needed to be there and neither did she. Then I was told wed get an additional discount if both of us were here. That was it for me because I am perfectly able to make a $100 decision about the house without my wife being there and besides, she hates sales presentations. After looking at there reviews here I am not so sure I would do business with them anyway.

Installation crew informed me they couldnt install on my gutters without having to modify my existing soffit which was going to cost an additional 50% of the original estimate (not including painting). I promptly asked for a refund of my deposit check and have been trying for nearly two months to get it. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend using them.

The filters may be good at keeping your gutters unclogged but we had problems after installation. When they first came to install new gutters they did NOT call before they arrived. There was construction material, from another project, that prevented them from finishing installing the downspout. I let our salesman know and he told me to let him know when it was clear and someone would be out to finish the job. Once everything was moved I texted him and he told me someone would be out a couple of days later. When no one arrived I texted him back and got NO response. I called the company and they told me they couldn’t get anyone out for almost 3 weeks. They did come early, with NO call that they were coming. They just showed up!So their product may be good but their customer service and service after the sale is NOT very good!

Installation of gutter covering that actually works as advertised, keeps leaves and other debris out and water flowing.

Absolutely a scam. Sales person Cliff wanted to do whole sales spiel and waste a lot of my time. He had measured the house but refused to quote a price when I said I just wanted to get the price and have the product installed if the price was reasonable. He promptly got mad and refused to quote then left in an angry state. Avoid This Company! The worst of the worst of sleezy sales tactics.

We were able to deal with Tony, the regional manager who came to our appointment quite by accident it turned out.Most of the problems in our 80 year old house have to do with water getting where it’s not supposed to be. I needed the lowest maintenance gutter system possible.This was a very expensive (but not the most expensive) solution, but all the research shows it’s the best long term solution available.The first installer sent was less than eager, and just made excuses and said he’d come back later. After we complained, they sent a top man who got the job done with no problems.They not only installed their product but repaired all my existing gutter issues, tightened everything up, and adjusted them to the correct incline for proper drainage.Only years will tell, but it looks like a great product, and overall a positive experience and if I never have to climb a ladder to clean gutters again, it’ll be worth every penny.

I saw their ad on FB and thought, great, I would love to never have to clean gutters again. Sales man came out and measured the house. Then the sales pitch began. We started off at over $7K for a 2K sq ft house. Then he tried to tell me that the old fashioned gutter systems would be over 20K for a house our size. Then he said if I signed contract today he could get it down to around $5K. By the time he left, he was promising under 4K if I paid today.Heres a tip Leaffitler OKC, offer the job for a fair and reasonable price, then people wont think its a scam. Not this lets see if the homeowner is a total idiot first and over inflate the price, and if they dont take the bait, then we can lower it bit!

I think this company is totally cunning. Gave me price of $9,800 for approximate 280 LF of installation with 8 corners. After talking he came down to $3,500 with cash payment. Told us that there is $300 administration fee. I am in the building business for last 20 years and know some basic of cost estimate. I would not hire them at no cost.

We are totally pleased with our LeafFilter. They beefed up the support for our gutters so now they are nice and straight—so nice that the shingle grit can’t get in the gutters, neither can the leaves!

They sold us the wrong guttering and they will not refund our money and/or install the correct guttering except if we pay them more money. so much for quarantees.

Quality driven.

Ive had this guttering for approximate 3 years. They said I would never have to climb a ladder again. That is a lie. It took me almost a year to get them to fix the errors after install. Then when it was fixed but still leaking I asked about them coming out to clean the gutters of the leaves that are on top of it causing it to leak and check the leaks. They said it would be $95. The last service guy said it was free twice a year. My contract says free gutter cleaning and adjustment of gutters if problems. Thats a lie. Its $95 every time they come. For the money I spent for the guttering and the leaf guard it is not a very good value at all. Plus lots of drama to get anything fixed plus more money. Dont buy it, its a scam. Im still climbing latters and cleaning gutters. Still have leaks. Bad bad bad.... Im 70 yrs, woman and they took me . Plz read this review...
